5 ★I do HIIT, but mix it up with intervals that aren't cookie-cutter. Most of the workout timers I found are great as long as you stick to their routine, or don't want back-to-back countdowns. This app lets you have multiple countdowns back-to-back, each with their own warnings. You can also repeat individual countdowns, which is great for repeated sets, and you can record your own alarm sounds, but there should be more included sounds to choose from. Another thing I'd like is the ability to move countdowns around. The big problem with this app is that it takes a while to figure it out. Still, it works like I want. I'd give 4.5, but had to choose 4 or 5, and I leaned more toward 5 than 4.
