Description
Rasulullah sallallahu`alaihi wasallam bersabda:"وَالَّذِيْ نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَتَفْتَرِقُ أُمَّتِيْ عَلَى ثَلَاثٍ وَسَبْعِيْنَ فِرْقَةً فَوَاحِدٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَثِنْتَانِ وَسَبْعُوْنَ فِي النَّارِ قِيْلَ مَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ قَالَ: أَهْلُ السَّنَّةِ وَالْجَمَاعَةِ".
Terjemahan:
“Demi Tuhan yang jiwa Muhammad di dalam kekuasaan-Nya, umatku akan berpecah kepada 73 golongan,
maka satu golongan masuk syurga dan 72 golongan yang lain masuk neraka,
maka para sahabat bertanya siapakah mereka yang Rasulullah? Nabi bersabda: Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama`ah”.
[Diriwayatkan oleh al-Tabarani]
Rasulullah sallallahu`alaihi wasallam bersabda:
"عَنْ أَبِيْ هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: تَفَرَّقَتْ الْيَهُوْدُ عَلَى إِحْدَى وَسَبْعِيْنَ فِرْقَةً وَالنَّصَارَىْ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَتَفْتَرِقُ أُمَّتِيْ عَلَى ثَلَاثٍ وَسَبْعِيْنَ فِرْقَةً".
Terjemahan:
“Daripada Abi Hurairah radiyallahu`anhu, beliau berkata:
bahawasanya Rasulullah sallallahu`alaihai wasallam bersabda
Orang Yahudi telah berpecah kepada 71 golongan dan Nasrani seperti itu juga,
dan Umatku pula akan berpecah kepada 73 golongan”.
