Santander Guide is your complete and portable guide to the town of Santander, a diving haven in southern Cebu.The app contains information about Santander, including places to go and where to stay when in the town.
The app is released as part of the nationwide Digital Tourism initiative of Cebu-based new media startup InnoPub Media and Philippine wireless services leader Smart Communications, Inc. in partnership with the Municipal Government of Santander.
