TKD CPNS 2017 merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat dengan tujuan membantu calon peserta seleksi CPNS 2017/2018 dalam menghadapi ujian seleksi CPNS, khususnya tahap seleksi TKD (Tes Kemampuan Dasar).TKD (Tes Kemampuan Dasar) merupakan salah satu tahapan tes pertama dalam sistem seleksi CPNS 2017/2018 yang dilakukan dengan sistem CAT (Computer Assisted Test). TKD CAT terdiri dari tiga bagian materi tes, yakni:
• Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK),
• Tes Intelegensi Umum (TIU),
• Tes Karakteristik Pribadi (TKP),
Dimana total jumlah soal yang harus dikerjakan para pelamar sebanyak 100 soal dalam waktu 90 menit atau 5.400 detik. Berarti, waktu pengerjaan untuk satu soal selama 54 detik.
TKD: (100 soal) durasi 90 menit sistem CAT (Computer Assisted Test)
1. TWK (Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan) 35 Soal
Berisi pengetahuan umum seperti: Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan Amandemennya,
Bhineka Tunggal Ika, NKRI, dll
2. TIU (Tes Intelegensi Umum) 30 Soal
Terdiri dari: Verbal, Numerical, and Analisis
3. TKP (Tes Karakteristik Kepribadian)
Ditahun 2017/2018, pemerintah indonesia membuka formasi bagi CPNS di wilayah kementerian dan non-kementrian. Setidaknya terdapat 61 Instansi pemerintah yang membuka formasi CPNS di tahun ini, seperti kemenkumham (kementrian hukum dan ham), kemenkeu (kementerian keungan), Kementerian ESDM, kemendikbud, kkp (kementerian kelautan dan perikanan), Kementerian kordinator Bidang ekonomi, bakamla, dll.
Didalam Tes Seleksi CPNS 2017 ini, sistem seleksi terdiri dari 3 tahapan tes, diantaranya adalah:
