Developed by Intercede® the MyID Authenticator for Good operates as a plug-in to Good’s Digital Authentication Framework. It enables apps running on iOS or Android devices to replace passwords with two-factor authentication from smart cards or on-device credentials, increasing security and user convenience.The MyID Authenticator for Good supports a wide range of tamper-resistant credentials including PIV, PIV-I, CIV, TWIC and CAC smart cards and FIPS 201-2 compliant derived credentials.
The MyID Authenticator for Good can work with a credential the user already has (e.g. an existing PIV card), or when combined with the MyID credential management system, can work with new on-device credentials issued by MyID.
Please Note: This is NOT a standalone application and has no useful purpose without the Good Control server.
