The Timegate Employee app removes the need to use a site telephone to record attendance, by allowing you to book on and off your shift, make health and safety check calls, raise incidents and complete forms and tours using the app.

The app allows seamless access to the employee portal to allow you to book holidays, view your schedule, make requests, view company announcements and much more!

Install Guide:

1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update.
2. Install or Reinstall Timegate Employee App from store.
3. Once installed, ensure the Timegate Employee app is allowed to access your devices location services.
4. Enter your Client code and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team.

2 ★Overall this app works fine. Only issue I'm having is the option to confirm shifts. I have to rely on others to confirm for me. Reinstalled it many times but to no avail. Spoken to my team about it and they're just as confused. Updated my phone too with no change. So it must be the app itself.

1 ★Good idea for those of us using the system for work. Unfortunately, it crashes when trying to get a gps lock (hard to do inside a building). It also requires a high amount of system access which I am reluctant to give.

3 ★The app is more use-friendly since the 3 dots have been reintroduced to make check-calls easier. However, it is not really that beneficial because it does not, unlike before the change, give the time that you have made the call. It just shows 0000.

1 ★Needs a MAJOR update for Android phones. Completely crashes my phone whenever I load up the app which makes it impossible to log in/off. Luckily bookmarked the webpage so I can still get access to my diary. I've reinstalled it numerous times with no luck.

1 ★Peice of rubbish app, always has off days where it struggles to work and takes about 50 attempts to toggle things on and off for it to work. Not good when i've got buses to catch to other jobs. Wish i didn't have to use it tbh, it's awful. Even worse when i have to call control centre and they act like the app never has issues....

3 ★Downloaded this app on Monday as my employer has decided to use this. I'm getting used to it and it's fine but it's draining my phone battery. My phone has actually warned me it's doing this. My device efficiency was down by 10% alone just for this one app. It just doesn't seem right.

1 ★So hard to try and register. Requesting new password for Portal, but the one sent by the app the password isn't recognised...and then I'm locked out after 3 attempts! If I go to settings it actually locks up my Galaxy S9 and have to force close. Frustrating to say the least.

5 ★It's working very good. Sometimes inside the building or store, if there is no network then this app will not work for book on or off. In that situation, you will need to come out from the building or store to get enough network to make the app functional and then you can do your book on, book off and check call. So, this app has no problem, you need to make sure that before you use this app you have got enough network in your mobile.

1 ★Useless, worked for a couple of weeks then I couldn't get logged on. Kept saying invalid credentials. still unable to log on and can't change my password, very frustrating. 0 stars.

1 ★Rubbish. Even the portal ,when I search for jobs and I find the job I want ,I go to request then I press but never goes to messages. Then I have to call the control for approval. Before used to be good not any more.

2 ★The latest update sucks on both iOS and android. Once you register with single user mode you can't logout and login with new pin. Uph have uninstall and reinstall the app everytime. Plus you can't register with shared and multiple user mode without admin login.

1 ★A few months ago, I would have rated this app at 4-stars but recently it has been all but useless... Will NOT pickup GPS to allow me to book on!! Wish I could rate this app as Zero stars!!
