Die geophon Audioguides sind ein idealer Begleiter für die eigene Erkundung von Städten und Regionen: Geschichten über Orte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Plätze und besondere Bauwerke werden mit vielen O-Tönen von Einwohnern und Experten und Musik lebendig erzählt.
geophon Audioguides gibt es bereits über Berlin, Hamburg, London, Paris, Rom, Florenz, Venedig, Palma de Mallorca, Mallorca, Straßburg und die Toskana.
Komplett offline verfügbar nach dem Download
Die Touren sind offline und online verfügbar. Werden sie komplett herunter geladen inkl. der Kartendaten, sind sie auch im Ausland ohne weitere Kosten komplett verfügbar. Natürlich können die Touren auch spontan unterwegs geladen werden.
Der eigene Standort wird per GPS Funktion angezeigt, so dass eine einfache Orientierung möglich ist.
Das Smartphone wird so mit den Audioguides von geophon zum Stadtführer. Die Audio-Beiträge zu den einzelnen Stationen sind in sich abgeschlossene, ca. 3 Minuten lange Hörclips. Auf der Karte werden die Hörpunkte verortet. So kann man sich treiben lassen und auf der Karte dann die jeweiligen Stationen sehen oder einer angezeigten Route folgen.
Geschichten, Hintergründe und Legenden
Hintergrundinformationen, Geschichten aus dem Alltag und Legenden und Sagen bilden eine lebendige Mischung der akustischen Stadtführung: So erläutert z.B. ein Historiker das Alltagsleben auf dem Forum Romanum in Rom, die Mallorquinerin Carolina plaudert über die Bedeutung des Hafens für Palma und der Venezianer Luca erzählt die Legende des Teufels, der beim Bau der Rialto-Brücke in Venedig seine Hände im Spiel hatte.
