1 ★I don't understand what tracker serial number is

3 ★Well the Nano and the service from Retriva is second to none, I bought one nearly two years ago and it has been fantastic. I find the app less good, but thankfully the Nano can be linked to Viewranger to get a plot on an OS map which is downloaded to the phone before use. If your in a bad reception area, moors and coast are my issues, then it works perfectly linked to Viewranger. The problem seems to be the app needs a good 3g signal, which viewranger doesn't. Buy the Nano, but don't expect too much from the app.

2 ★When it works this app is very good sadly it has been very unreliable. I am paying a substantial sum for the subscription but am not receiving the service. There is no alternative way to track my dog with the Dog Tracker Nano as there is with the plus so I have to rely on this app. I feel I have been duped.

4 ★Not always perfect but prompt response and fixes from maker when things fail. Tracking has been excellent and a real lifesaver when our dog goes off adventuring. We have been able to intercept her on several occasions, and otherwise at least we know where she is.

2 ★Only update daily activity once a week and just the same data for each day

2 ★The app itself is good. The trackers battery not so much. 3 or 4 days battery. Not good enough in my eyes. I have been emailing them every other day asking questions to which I was getting a reply. Once I wrote to them saying it's not for me and I'm looking a refund I haven't heard from them since!!

1 ★Can't even access the app without logging in, I just wanted to take a look at how ergonomic the app is and according to this I would decide whether I would buy one or not :/

2 ★Very poor app, can't zoom in enough to pin point where dog is . Also can't work the compass at all. Seem like the app was build towards other silly features like dog fitness and walks. All I want is a pin point place of where my dog Is if he ever goes missing.
