How to install Maryland Health Connection APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★This app is not very good. I have been trying to confirm my pay information for myself and my husband and every single time I click accept it says there is a server issue and to try again later. This has been ongoing for 3 days. So I called their # I was on hold for 35 minutes. I do not have time to sit in the phone all day long while I'm at work. I thought this app was supposed to make verifying your information easier!
1 ★The app. is insisting that I need an updated version. I go into Google Play store to find there is no update option, only open. I DL'ed the app. a few days ago. The latest version is from August - a month ago. I have the updated version, but the message will not go away, rendering the app. 100% useless.
1 ★As many have said. This app just doesn't work. Overall it's just frustration after frustration. It seems to be created on a very old version of Android because the menu UI for accessing their phone number was the style Android phones used 10 years ago. Why do we have such crappy resources for such vital things!
1 ★I've had trouble opening this app for a month, I cannot access my Medicaid number which I need to make a doctor's appointment and I have not received my medical card so this is my only option. The app will open then close and say app has stopped working and gives me a selection to close app or send feedback. I have sent feedback numerous times and the app has yet to be corrected so I can open it. it worked fine at first for few month. now nothing!!
4 ★It is in general well done. Only problem I noted was the drop down menu for the states didn't open. If I put in a zip code, it should bring up the correct state. I don't believe any zip codes cross borders.
1 ★This App is not helpful at all, nor does it make the application process easier. Just tell everyone from jump that they have to come in. That will save a lot of wasted time. I only gave it a star because it wouldn't let me post without it.
3 ★It was not a normal mobile app. I couldnt properly put my info in. When I called for the millionth time the rep kept saying i had to go to the internet and put my info in that way. Isn't a mobile app made so you can do everything on your phone instead of the regular internet site? Maybe I'm wrong. SMH!
1 ★The app keeps crashing when I try to fill out the application. It is non-functional. Considering that the website is not compatible with mobile platforms and open enrollment is only a few weeks long, this is a giant, life affecting problem for many Marylanders. Please fix it!
1 ★I hate this app. I can never get into it. And now as a result of my kids lost their insurance. Why can't we just use the old paper system. This app stopped me from knowing about the revert and now my kids are sick without insurance...thanks maryland!
1 ★I have never been able to open this app. One year after downloading the app, I tried to open it, and it said it needed to be updated. That update has been pending for a while now. I don't anticipate being able to open it now anymore than last year.
1 ★App keeps crashing while trying to get HEALTH INSURANCE. do NOT make us use an app, which is already a huge inconvenience, if it's not even going to work. this is literally life or death for your customers.
1 ★This app sucks! Everytime i try to upload important documents that are needed for verification, the app closes. I have missed deadlines because of this! And ive sent numerous feedback concerning this. Either you all need to update this app or no one is going to want to use it!! A highly dissatisfied customer!!!!
