1 ★I've had this app for 2 years on my phone of course it's limited to what you can do but it was working now it's been asked to update and now I cannot even get the version on my phone do not know what Angie did to this app but they need to fix it among other issues greater than just not the app working they know what they are
1 ★Our business was one of the top 5 businesses with 5star ratings&when we got a bad review from someone we didn't provide service for, they couldn't remove it. We work hard for our 5 star reviews, and for them to not show dedication in the matter was the last straw to cancel once our contract was up. Not only that but when you try to call someone to help with your business you can only get in touch with the one person appointed to your profile. If they don't answer you're SOL
1 ★Horrible service. They reel you in by the amount of "leads" guaranteed. The "leads" you get are 90% of the time dead end leads. The client success manager will tell you that response time is key, having a certain amount of reviews sets you higher, maybe adjust your service areas. Tried it all, this is not the issue. The issue is that Angi doesn't verify anything coming through to you. Highly recommend staying away from this app. Haven't even been able to get enough work to pay the monthly bill.

I worked with them for over 15 years, back when they were a great company , they have fallen so far off, they have multiple class action lawsuits against them, if you're a contractor, and you advertise with them, if your ads stop working for you, they will do nothing, they won't even care, or even call you back ,they will stop , this company is now all about collecting as much money as they possibly can before they go bankrupt.. be aware...
1 ★I don't recall anyone truly explaining how this worked. I've had it for 2 months, and it's burning a hole in my wallet. I went to cancel, only to find out that I'm under contract, and there's a huge penalty for canceling at this point in the contract! Stay away if you can help it! It is completely unsatisfying that it's not delivering what they claim.
2 ★Honestly, our experience has been up and down but mainly downhill. Terrible customer service that lies to you in order for you to upgrade packages that don't really show a difference, says they will ramp up leads and they don't, A LOT OF FAKE SPAM ACCOUNTS MARKED AS LEADS, sends out the same customer request to 30 other tradesman in the same field (that overwhelms the customer), customer service told me to go figure it out on paying them when I asked to be readjusted back down to a lower tier.
1 ★I have not had a single job from this... what I have had is a lot of scammers. I would not recommend Angi to any contractor, licensed or not. I am very disappointed with this service. However, I did start in December so I guess work may pick up towards the summer... Just saying be careful with any service you decide to go with.
1 ★Not no. But Absolutely NO. I was promised vetted leads actual phone numbers etc. half of the leads were not even looking for a contractor. Angie's people will lie about anything to get a sale. I spend 10k per year on marketing with Angie. I will NOT be renewing.
1 ★Worst experience ever, you can't even see a stupid lead you dont get a notification for because now it wants a damn update, not 4 hours ago when i tried again for an update. What a scam and trash. 30 mins and no app notifications. I'm glad i can cancel my contract in march. Sad, they just sent me an email saying they changed my company categories to work. im not licensed or experienced to do what a damn joke.do not trust angis for anything. They also endlessly try to get me to add fake reviews!
1 ★Same problem just like thousands of other pros. Fake customers that don't answer. Only 1 or 2 a month that do answer. They even want to give advice on how to win bids.what a joke. My year is almost done.and so am I. I don't see them advertising my line of construction. They need to advertise lets say concrete or asphalt paving.with there logo. They dont spend any money promoting my line of work.i should be seeing advertising about my line of work potential customers to see and get them talking
