1 ★No language to choose on screen.. And why required to access media and photo ?. location I can understand for delivery. Added on 22nd april... _______________________ I was ordered 12 bottles (order# 467666) which are expected to deliver on 18th april... try to contact customer care .... no one is picking call ... today order is automatically returned. Very very poor service and not recommended to at all.
4 ★Delivery service is very bad as they don't keep the agreed time. Not at all satisfied. I understood later that vehicle was break down on the way. Staff are good.
1 ★When I started using the app old versions everything was perfect the app the update the follow up from the company but when they update the app everything went wrong it seem the company don't want to have any customer to stay with them. You can not add money to your account no update as before when they are ready or who is the rep who will going to deliver your order and you can coordinate with.. As of now no cusotmer services Please make reset and bring back the create company before.
1 ★worst app..why did they accept online orders when they are unable to deliver...I did not receive my delivery till today which i was supposed to get on 18th april and there is no response from customer care......& if this was not enough i got the msg on 06/05 that my order has been delivered where as nobody called me for verification code...poor & pathetic app
2 ★Need to move the language selector to the landing page. For those looking for it, its available only after creating an account and going into settings. Gave it 2 stars because they do not follow on time. Takes a week or more to deliver. Even if we select the same day for delivery.
1 ★It seems app is for time pass. They accept the orders but after 3 days you come to know order completed without delivering anything and when you try to submit complian, app crashes. Poor staff, they don't even call to know who has requested the service.

1 ★One of the worst service. The order doesn't arrive on time. You have to call may be 50 times the customer care , then also that'll not answer.Just your money is wasted to listen their waiting music on the phone.
1 ★Very bad service. The drivers are not responsible. They donot Delever on time and other than that they always cancel the order and they never come on time. If we call and ask the driver they say take from your near by shop i cannt come. They customer service is so bad if i type complaint the app gets close and i tried calling them then they didnot picked up the call very bad service. I repeat not to buy from them
1 ★Irony of their current services is My order placed on 12th July 20 still shows preparing on 12th Aug 20! Tania water was much better earlier not anymore! I spent 30 mts waiting for a response from their customer care call but to no avail. Earlier we were able to deal with local tania representatives and request for water refill as needed but unfortunately TANIA authorities changed that and made it mandatory to buy water online which never happened.
2 ★Looks promising but can't order as location is not being selected automatically and it's not possible to enter manually. Also it's not mentioned if someone wants to order for new order (not refills), is it included? Will update ratings once I could place and receive order.
1 ★I think the app should be removed from play store. As the app takes order everytime but never deliver a single order since more than a month. There is no check n balance on orders. All are pending and no action taken.
