2 ★I am new to germany and new to german language too. But, this app just has german locale which makes it very difficult for me to use it. Can't it have an english locale option too for convenience. I too am a software engineer and thus doesn't think this to be a big challenge for the developers. Thus giving 2 stars for now.
1 ★Can't reset password, the email is never delivered to Gmail.
3 ★keeps popping up and asks for login while I am doing something else on my phone. very annoying. also the space required is huge for this purpose and still the app often does not work when using coupons for online shopping via the app. points get lost due to this.
4 ★I'm looking forward to the implementation / fix for the use in Android q. since I'm using Android beta this app isn't working anymore. it's constantly crashing when i try to start it.
1 ★Its really bad experience with this App. I just want to change my bank details but its not allowing me at all. If i call service center they said only customer can change the details. And if i change its says registration failed..So its like i am stuck.. very bad..
3 ★Interface: 3/5, Comfort: 4/5. All in one app for payback applications. Understandable user friendly interface. Restricted to one language (German) is a disavantage. Limited options , so not heavy in terms of information to go through. Good app. Recommendation: Medium (if you are concerned a lot about privacy)
1 ★I used this app to buy dozens of Lieferando meals and countless rental weekends with Sixt...still no points. It works well for REWE and DM and NOTHING else. Even Galeria Kaufhof stopped being a pertner of Payback due to horrible experience. It's a terribly designed app.
1 ★I can not log into my account. I made an acount with my card, after that it said I can log in, but when I try logging in it gives me an error. I tried again, same result. Afterwards I taught oh, I should reset my password and so I tried reseting my password, that did not work either, it just says I should call the service center. I know I wrote everything right, the card number, the 4 digit code, yet it still said there is a problem I should call the service center
1 ★I don't want to install the app! But, payback is forcing me by not allowing me to log in through my Chrome browser! It is stupid Marketing policy! After reading the reviews, i decide to use it in my computer browser only.
4 ★I would really like to have a search engine for adding saved items in my shopping list.
5 ★really nice idea to collect points with huge variety of shops, you can always gain 3 to 10 times of points with online coupons while shopping. great App !!!!
1 ★Once you got some points they take your card and block your account, also the app still keeps popping up after every update even though it denies me every right to do something, waste of space!!!
