1 ★Another fine example of developers trying to automate language selection and failing miserably: who on Earth thought that it was a good to set the app language to German in an English language phone used in Hungary, with a Hungarian SIM card, with a Hungarian phone number with a dm card registered in Hungary? It is ridiculous. Make language selection manual if not set to OS language. Logic 101. ALWAYS!
1 ★There is no confirmation that you have redeemed a coupon. Then you wait weeks to see if you get any points, if at all, because there is no way of knowing. That's so scammy. I only use payback in person with a physical card for this reason. This app doesn't help using ecoupons.
1 ★Unnecessary "upgrade". The previous app just went to disabled state with a simple message with no link to the new app whatsoever. I wanted to show my card at the store and the app just fooled me. Shame on you
3 ★The trick is to change the system language to your local language in order to have this app usable, but the thing is I'm not too keen on having my system language in Croatian so as many other users I would guess. There should be an option to change the language within an app itself or at least make an app's base language English.
4 ★Some translations are still missing and many links lead to external DM web pages that could be within the app and work with no problem, but overall easy to use and works very well.
1 ★Absolute rubbish! Totally non-functional app. Not only there is the language problem, but the staff in DM shops does not know how to assist the clients when asked about the new app. As a consequence I am loosing on promotions in this perood when I want to spend money. Great disappointment from my favourite shop. Please fix it and get your act together. No COVID reason for this malfunction.
1 ★This app is aimed at several European countries, where English is the accepted common language. There is NO option anywhere within the app settings to change German to English or God forbid to a local language. It is thus unusable as is.

1 ★I've just downloaded the new Hungarian app, hoping for sth useful/ practical. Most parts are in German! The front page says sth about Austria that I don't even understand. What to do with the Austrian informations when I've a Hun card which I use in Hungary & I must see and understand details clearly. How did you have the idea at all, to create this messy chaos in 2 languages? How does Ger language come to the Hun app? Why? Sorry, I delete the app right now.
1 ★The app is in German (my system language is English). Dm is present outside Germany in about 12 other countries. This app was advertised in a dm store in my country, yet it's not translated, not even to English. And I don't want to register.
1 ★Until the language can be set freely, this is useless application as everything is shown in German. My system language is set to English as I'm used to it, not in Croatian as I was hoping to be able to set language to Update: some content is in German and some in Croatian. Still, very confusing
1 ★No Croatian translation and no English translation? Should I go to translate app for evera word? Terrible experience! Is this the way of unabling people to use ther cupons becaus emajority of people forgets their PINs and you need PIN to get discount in the store and when you try to change it, there is German to complicate it a bit more.
