1 ★Very slow app, needs upgrade. Picks up the wrong location and cannot change it as well
1 ★Not reliable. The reporting time for booking was 6:15 am. This was my first experience with Meru so I reached the pick up point 10 minute before. I started calling the driver 15 minute before the reporting time just to check that the driver is coming. Driver did not pick the phone despite many calls. I called customer care but the phone was also not picked. I waited till 6.25 am and finally amid annoyance I decided to book Uber. the experience was very disappointing If I had waited a single
1 ★worst service. today just before my schedule pickup to airport they cancelled my booking which was made hours before.
1 ★I had pre booked an Airport on at 4:15 am. I received the tracking and driver details. My driver was about 24mins away. Unfortunately, he never moved. Meru helpline number was out of order and my driver never answered my calls I finally had to cancel the ride and book a cab from another service. We not only trusted Meru to provide us good and timely cab service, we also believed that, in case of such situations, Meru will deal with it efficiently. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
4 ★Simetime Taxi not available or taking time more than the scheduled time to reach the pickup point
5 ★Excellant service, especially at airports. Much better than other cab service providers. They have reserved parkings at Mumbai Airport so waiting time for cab is very less.
