1 ★If you scroll too fast or too far down the app crashes. Interface is slightly clunky since you have to hit the <- arrow a ton before you get to your main menu with like favs and acct etc. I WANT to spend money therealreal, but your app is KILLING me. FIX the crashing!! Scrolling while looking for clothes???
1 ★App won't let me browse without signing in, okay fine. I try to sign up... it won't let me register, that's a big problem! Won't let me sign in with my Facebook, and won't let me start a new account. You guys have some serious issues going on here, seriously suggest you get it fixed ASAP if you're not even letting people browse without having a bloody account.
1 ★Just switched from iPhone to android.... wow the android app is unusable. You can't edit your feeds, you can't sort your feeds, you can't even see whether an item is sold or not from the Feed view. The UI looks like it was made by a high school student. Please hire an android engineer or 5. Y'all lost me.
1 ★App will not load most pages (obsessions, my trr, my orders, etc). Filters do not correctly filter and in most cases end up crashing the app. Liking a product causes the app to crash. Super disappointed. I love shopping on TRR, but this app is complete garbage.
2 ★I found this app to be moderately difficult to use. I was searching for men's jewelry but everytime I would sort it would show nothing but women's jewelry. There is a Rolex store near me and the have brand new Rolex watches for a couple hundred. The cheapest Rolex watch I found in this app was almost $2,000. Your idea is great! I, personally, think that you could do better by offering more products within an affordable range and by improving the functionality of the app it's self.
2 ★I'm with all the other reviewers, refine worked when first installed now the next day it is useless. Other than that I'll update once I receive my products which I'm told will most likely be delayed due to covid19 closures etc etc. If the product is good I'm not too concerned when I get it, within reason of course.
2 ★The actual concept and app is great as far as product but the app after the update sucks! The redine option absolutely doesnt work. You try to refine by let's say men's shoes, size, designer and the app pops up everything so basically the filter option doesnt work. Used to work way better before
1 ★This app used to work. All of a sudden filters, searches come back with bizarre results. I think I am finally done with TRR. You can't ask questions about an item, $11+ shipping....it was so much better when they first launched.
1 ★I keep giving this place another chance because they give crazy coupons like $30 off?! But then I order, realize I am spending $11 on shipping no matyer what. Their discount codes rarely work on anything. And I have yet to be happy with anything I buy because they dont size things accordingly. You may order a womens, but whoops! its a mens! That was a size 9? sorry, its actually size 8! oh the size isnt listed so we will just list it as xl because it can only fit a dragonfly!
2 ★App hardly ever works correctly. When I hit favorite button it pretty much never works, and often the app will just freeze and shut down within a couple minutes of opening. I usually just use the website instead of bothering with the app.
3 ★Usually don't leave reviews only because most apps routinely update and fix issues. This one hasn't seen an update in quite some time and the search feature no longer works which is usually how I shop on this app. Please fix this issue and bring this app back to a seamless experience.
5 ★I have ordered a few times for here and it's great. Quick delivery. Authenticated. Tags still on and never used or, if used, a good description of condition.
