Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★This is a pretty good resource. I've used it for a few weeks now, and I would like some variance in the guided imagery and meditations. Having the same one over and over kind of puts me off personally, but I can see how the repetition can help others. And the doodle option would be nice if you could have the option to doodle in the app instead of leaving it. Again, I get that some phones wont have that option, but it'd be nice if it was available.
5 ★On for a hand full of days and I must say I am loving it. Stay motivated and keep doing the activities, it really helps. Using this in combination with journaling helps give at least some kind of direction for writing each day. I would only have one suggestion about relief bot. I understand it's there for low moments, but I was surprised when I saw you couldnt say you were doing well to it. I accidentally clicked it and the only options were the negatives or dont talk. Not big, just a thought.
1 ★you literally have to pay for everything. The basic courses they give you for free aren't that good either because they're incomplete behind a pay wall and aren't accessible for people who are HoH/deaf/prefer reading. EDIT: to further explain, nothing is written out in conjunction with the voice to make it easier for ppl w what i said before. you also can't go back and forth during the audio files, so u can't rewind if u missed something. very inaccessible on top of the pay wall.
5 ★this app works well. I set up to get a reminder every morning, which i like. The actions recommended by the app are *super* easy, simple, quick, so i do them, and it all adds up to have a positive influence. I tend to forget that having depression can shorten your life span, even if you have it under control, so the exercises in this app make me feel like I'm going something about that
4 ★This is a great app to help with mental health. It is well put together and very useful. The downside is, the daily check-ins allow you to only choosing three emotions. This is very restrictive. Being able to choose as many emotions as you'd like would get this app a fifth star. Overall, I do recommend the app and I can't wait to see how it continues to grow!
4 ★I try to check into this app every night before bed. I have learned many coping skills such as a body scan, hydration, stretching, doodling, ect. I love chatting with allie because it 1, makes me feel like someone is always there for me in any situation, and 2, there are so many options for anything, depression, anxiety, insomnia, ect. the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because you can only get ur plan by buying it. but even without buying the plan, it has helped me so much
3 ★I absolutely love this app, up until recently I was using it everyday! I had no problems with his app for the longest time and then a couple weeks ago it started lagging everytime I went into the goals tab. Now if I even click on the goals tab the screen goes black and then kicks me completely out of the app. Not to mention, Now I can't get past day 3 in living happier because it's asking me to track my happiness tasks which are apart of the goals. please fix this!!!
5 ★I'm using the courses along with a therapist (with another company). It's great to have something to do each day, keeping my inner healing of past trauma an ongoing process. The app has been easy to use, notifications are motivating, extra tools outside of the courses is great for rougher days and sharing the data with my therapist is what really makes this app shine. My therapist now gets an actual look into how I was each day between sessions and exactly where I need extra attention. Thank u!
4 ★I love this app so much its amazing! It really has helped me. I try to do the breathing exercises daily because it helps my day be stress-free :) but the only downside is that there is a lot of courses that you have to pay for. I feel like when it comes to Mental Health it shouldn't have you pay so much. But overall it's a really great app and I recommend it!! And I'm sure it's worth it to get the premium if you really struggle with mental health ❤
5 ★I couldn't afford therapy and didn't know where to start when it came to working on my mental health so i decided to try out an app. I downloaded serveral till i found one that suited my needs. It's well worth it, you're given coping skills, articles/quotes daily, mood tracker, goal tracker, personalized plan made specifically to fit your needs, way more courses than i imagined would be available- Examples- anger management, overcoming depression, anxiety, beating procrastination etc.
2 ★Found something better. I thought this app would help me fix my habits. For what you pay you really only get regurgitated things you really already know but are just ha info a hard time getting started. If that sounds like you, I would recommend an app called Fabulous. It's about $25 more expensive than this app, but it's worth every penny. It slowly teaches you how to change your environment in order to build better habits. It has different journeys that last about a month.
5 ★This app has allowed me to take a big leap into dealing with my depression. That is not all though it also offers help for many difficult emotions and even anxiety and as I said depression. It allows you to set goals and it allows you to choose what you need help with. It can help with so many things and almost all of this is completely free.
