5 ★I have been wanting to get into yoga for a long time now . I needed a slow trainer and slow movements to start off. This app is awesome. The lady is nice and slow. I have looked at many apps and this one is by far the best I have found. It's not a long session , which is nice for beginners. For me some of the moves are challenging, but that's okay . Day 1&2 I couldn't do the full & forearm planks day 4 I could do the full arm and the forearm plank I was a little wobbly, but able to do it. 💜💜💜💜💜
1 ★Seriously dangerous for the inexperienced. I am not a beginner and do a lot of other exercise with my wrists but after only a few minutes of this I had to give up from the strain in my wrists being too high. Far too advanced/intensive for me.
