【操作法】
１．アプリを起動すると禁煙宣言が表示されるので内容を確認して「宣言します」をクリックして下さい．
２．禁煙宣言後の経過時間と吸いたいときの対処法が表示されます．
３．必要に応じて画面下方にあるボタンであなたが吸っているタバコ1箱（20本）の値段と1日に吸う本数を設定してください．時間きざみで，吸わずにすんだタバコの本数と節約できたタバコの代金が表示されます．
４．もし禁煙に失敗しても画面一番下にある「あたらしく禁煙をはじめる」ボタンをクリックすることで最初から禁煙をやり直すことができます．あきらめずにがんばって禁煙を達成して下さい．
