Nejen soutěžní aplikace umožňuje snadné třídění fotografií z vašich výletů. Aplikace bude funkční i po skončení soutěže.Principem soutěže „Cestovatelský fotodeník“ je, aby účastníci cestovali po České republice a navštívili a vyfotografovali co nejvíce památek, které jsou do projektu začleněné. Celkový seznam památek a veškeré podrobné informace jsou k dispozici na webových stránkách Sdružení historických měst nebo přímo v aplikaci Cestovatelský fotodeník.
Výhercem se stane ten soutěžící, který pomocí dané aplikace vyfotografuje nejvíce památek a tím získá největší počet bodů. Výhra bude udělena za první tři místa a odměnou bude poukaz na ubytování v jednom z členských měst Sdružení (1. místo - poukaz v hodnotě 10.000 Kč, 2. místo - 7000 Kč a 3. místo 5000 Kč.). Vyhodnocováni budou také krajští vítězové, tzn., že ceny obdrží i ti soutěžící, kteří nasbírají nejvíce bodů v daném kraji.
Výherci budou vyhlášeni a bude jim předána výhra u příležitosti Národního zahájení Dnů evropského dědictví 7. září 2024 v Klášterci nad Ohří.
