5 ★Drivers are always pleasant, friendly & efficient. The app has got better, initially it was a bit hit & miss, in terms of trying to input the pick up & location, but issues seemed to have been ironed out.

5 ★The app is great. You enter pick up address and destination and you get an alert when driver is on the way, from this point you know the drivers name and vehicle registration and location of driver can be followed on the map fantastic!!
2 ★The app used to be so much better than it is now, being able to track your car. Now it just says, " we are currently looking for your driver" when the driver should have already arrived. The prebooking is kinda pointless, prebooked from the night before I needed the taxi and they still couldn't get a taxi to me on time, as they were still looking for my driver, how much notice do you need to get a taxi to me on time? A fortnight? A year? To prebook, the taxi should be there exactly on the time it was requested.
1 ★Terrible. Utterly useless. I've used this app for years. Now it appears to have been 'updated' and doesn't allow me to sign in any more. I eventually got a City taxi by telephoning, that worked fine! But I will now delete this app and use a different taxi company until City can get it right. I only give it 1 Star because you can't give a score of zero.
5 ★The drivers are all so polite really brilliant company
1 ★Every time I chose to pre-book a car none was able to take the order, even when pre-booking a day in advance. It is absolutely outrageous, I think. What is the actual meaning of the Pre-book option in your app?? According to the way it works you treat it as ordered ten minutes before the chosen pre-booking time, which renders pre-booking futile. We will never use City Taxis ever again.
5 ★Generally excellent. It would be useful to easily specify you need a black cab for wheelchair users.
1 ★Can't remove card details or even edit card details. Won't let me select cash as payment option. Can't even delete all your details. Had to order a new card from bank for security as won't be using the app again
2 ★New colour is awful. Good app, nornally works for me apart from the handful of times it has crashed, not often. However the new blue if the app is awful, I can't look at it as it hurts my eyes. Please make the colour easier on the eyes as I'm having to use uber now so that I don't get a headache when booking. Does say that the driver has arrived wayy before anyone is there. Often leaving me out in the cold waiting for them. It's good that you can track them though.
1 ★Thought I would try something other than Uber as big companies tend to have bad customer service. City I find are actually cheaper than uber but the app is glitchy, difficult to use and not the easiest to understand. Worse that that nearly all the city drivers have fiailed to actually FIND my address which funnily enough ever Uber driver has found. One particually bad driver rang me, got angry and shouted at me because I wasn't stood outside. I tried to explain where my address was as he was in the wrong place, he told me to walk to him with my luggage. When I refused he cancelled my taxi and I missed my train waiting for another. An hour spent waiting for another train which was a 3 hour journey and needless to say it was an uber waiting for me on the other side.
1 ★Useless app. Used to use the app a lot ages ago. Tried to use it twice this last week it keeps asking me to register when I'm already registered. Then says I don't have a network connection and cancels registration. After an hour of trying to get it to work I have now deleted it and signed up to Uber, let's see if they work.
