L'App è il risultato dell'impegno e della creatività dei ragazzi del Liceo Artistico e Musicale F. De André e del Comune di Olbia, in collaborazione con la società di ICT, BBS tecnologia di buon senso di Brescia. È stata sviluppata nell'ambito dei progetti ITI "Olbia Città Solidale Sostenibile Sicura" e in particolare della Sub-Azione 3.3: "TEATRO(MUSEO) FUORI DALLE MURA", con il supporto e le risorse materiali fornite dal Comune di Olbia.L'obiettivo principale della collaborazione tra il Liceo e il Comune è stato quello di promuovere una rigenerazione urbana con il coinvolgimento diretto delle giovani generazioni, che sono considerate il vero motore del cambiamento duraturo nel tempo. Grazie all'entusiasmo, alla creatività e alla voglia di sperimentare di studenti, insegnanti, amministrazione e famiglie, è stato possibile creare un'opera d'arte di piccole dimensioni, che ha contribuito alla crescita non solo di coloro che sono stati direttamente coinvolti, ma dell'intera comunità.
L'App, disponibile per iOS e Android, è destinata ai cittadini e ai turisti, offrendo loro la possibilità di scoprire numerosi luoghi della città di Olbia e approfondire la conoscenza di quelli presenti nel catalogo.
Attraverso questa App, si vuole creare un'esperienza formativa e inclusiva, promuovendo la valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e artistico della città. È un invito a esplorare, scoprire e godere di tutto ciò che Olbia ha da offrire, mentre si contribuisce alla diffusione della conoscenza e all'arricchimento della comunità nel suo complesso.
