Therefore, make use of your right to self-determination and use the advance documents from DOCUPASS to establish how you would like to be treated in the event of an emergency. With a living will you are also removing the burden from family members and involved expert personnel from having to make difficult decisions without knowing your actual wishes.
- Travel documents: Upload copies of your travel tickets, reservations and identity cards to Evita – extremely useful when you have lost something whilst on holiday. For every entry in your personal health record (including travel documents)you can upload related documents (up to 10MB each document) in your personal health record.
