2 ★Unable to use due to the app not being able to find my account. If I try to create a new account using my email address it errors stating it's already in use. Well which is it? Does it exist or doesn't it? Have never had success with this app.

2 ★This app does not work on my Google Pixel. I purchase products and the app does not work so I don't get credit for my purchases. Very dissatisfied!

3 ★Great for booking appointments. However, the Retail Reward screen quitworking, which is frustrating.

1 ★This app is a waste of time. 1) Set up requires birthdate that must be scrolled by month to get to birth year ... takes far too long, bad design. I just put in a dummy BD to get on with it. 2) Does not include Grand Salon in Dublin as a choice.

1 ★Now that I can login, my account does not show my scheduled appointments. Paired with the fact that your website will not let me schedule an appointment with my phone, I think this problem may be bigger than the app.
