Kartica je namenjena: slepim in slabovidnim, gluhim in naglušnim, gluhoslepim, gibalno oviranim osebam, osebam z motnjami v duševnem razvoju in težavami v duševnem zdravju in posameznikom/posameznicam z drugimi vrstami invalidnosti. S kartico bodo lahko uveljavljali komercialne popuste na različnih področjih življenja.
