1 ★Just bought it yesterday, and I can't change the sleep times, the battery had to be charged after sleeping in it one night, and it needs to be a little smaller for women. I am going to wear it at work today, but most likely return it after work. my Fitbit's battery lol wasted longer than one night. you need to improve some of the features.
5 ★Update,everything works better with the app,my time change into the correct time and i even was able to sync my messages.For the music i just linked youtube and it connected to my phone,whatever i do to my watch it does for YouTube.I just wish it was able to connect to Pandora,otherwise that it's great.I just cant set my height,weight or gender on the app cause it says failed.
1 ★yuck. it seemed like a professional device when I picked it up in the store, however when you turn it on. and try to connect it NEVER worked once! I was really hoping I could give this one at least 3 stars. but you leave me no choice. your app and your vague troubleshooting instructions need to be fixed. CANT EVEN CONECT THE DARN THING. im returning it to the store😤
2 ★Doesn't sync automatically and disconnects all the time. App keeps changing my gender back to male instead of female. Weather is in Celcius and can't change to farenheit as well as the time format. The steps counter is not accurate. Gives you way more steps than you really have. Very disappointed.
1 ★This app ruins the experience of the watch. The watch itself is pretty good for what it is but the app does not work AT ALL. It seems completely arbitrary whether i get notified of a text, and by that I mean about 5% of the time I get a notification. Tweet notifications are hit or miss as well and the watch shows them doubled so for one tweet I get two identical notifications. Will be returning the watch as its useless if it wont give notifications.
1 ★worst app and watch ever doesn't have a key board to type for messages just templates that I'll never uses.. always disconnects even when my phone is literally in my hand the weather is not even where I am lol the battery life is the worst and won't even last a full day. the app and the watch is just bad.
5 ★Love the watch and it's capabilities! =) Just wish I bought it in all black as the light toned pink/ peach band stained quickly from wearing dark colored clothing and my work surface as I use a computer all day. Looked to purchase a replacement band but that doesn't seem to be an option. =(
5 ★Excellent customer service from AX. Received Pulse model and app is comprehensive yet simple clear and nice. I was told it takes a few days to adjust to your lifestyle rhythms. App gives you great feedback. You are intrigued to get into a better daily routine and healthy lifestyle! I didn't realize it came with music links, even better! THANKS FOR A NICE PRODUCT! Wasn't looking for strength training features but heart tracking with timer, should prove helpful in that area, regardless.
2 ★It sucks. Doesnt connect to the app at all. Can only change my music which is why I put a 2 star. Otherwise the app is not well made. My messages don't sync, camera thing only increase my volume for some reason. I like the design of the watch and the look, just wished everything else would work.
2 ★Using on a pixel 2XL, android 10 with the itouch air 2 watch. All permissions allowed. The weather function will not allow the location to be updated. Battery life is so limited on the watch, like less than 12 hours, I will likely return it for another brand. Also this phone app doesn't remember the notifications set up for the phone apps to appear on the watch, so they have to be re-entered when phone is restarted and sometimes when the Bluetooth is reconnected.
1 ★It would not let me sinc my watch. I tried and tried and finally gave up. It doesnt work for my watch for some reason. I tried on bluetooth and everything.
4 ★Like it a lot but the sleep review shows different info on the watch from what the app shows. There is a place to see how many hours are shallow sleep but it doesn't register, on the watch it does. So then you just have total hours recorded. Please fix this issue. Thanks
