3 ★Call quality is good but the user experience is bad. No proper way to hang up the call - the off button does not work. And it is still running at the back even I closed the app, and there is no way to display that call and end it.
1 ★Connected on the first attempt but the voice didnt work, as soon as the voice started working the video cut out and stayed out. After about 20 minutes the call got dropped and I tried for 15 minutes to reconnect and never could.
1 ★Cannot hear or see the people on the other side. It connects to our polycom server fine, but though they can see and hear me, I cannot see or hear anything. The connection indicator on the bottom left becomes red. Polycom has not been able to help solve this either.
1 ★Absolutely terrible service. You spend half the time in a video visit waiting for it to connect. Cant see the other person, cant hear the other person.

1 ★I wish I could give this app negative Stars. I used this because Pennsylvania is now using it for visitation. I had to reconnect four or five times it kept kicking me out and keep signing back in keep putting the room code in. It's horrible.
1 ★I wish I can say what I thought about the app if I was able to get into it. I miss my visit with my brother. I contact support, I was being asked to reset my password. For what? It said it was an error on their side. It's been almost an hour. I can't get that time back.
1 ★SCAM ALERT! This is a potential hacking app. Even the name of this app changes to Video upon downloading. This app keeps using your camera and microphone in background (You get a permanent android system notification in android 10 to restrict it's background permissions.) App does not work after restricting the background permissions. Don't use this app
1 ★Does not work, it asks for sever information and for a cell phone why does it need server information just to use the camera? Disappointed app I only needed it for a doctors appointment, duo works much better and I have a note 9, just a disappointing app.

1 ★I can't even accept the user agreement despite scrolling up and down and up and down, reinstalling, more scrolling, just letting it set for 10 minutes.... nothing
1 ★Just when I thought video conferencing couldn't get worse than Cisco WebEx, I'm forced to try this one by my Dr. What a mess. Maybe if it ever manages to connect I'll have nicer things to say. Uninstalled, Dr and I can just have a plain old phone call.
