L’application « Optimum Gym » vous permet de retrouver, directement sur votre mobile, le contenu de votre programme d’activité et de renseigner les exercices réalisés lors de vos séances en club (durée, distance, séries et répétitions, charge…).
Séance libre
Vous souhaitez vous construire vos propres séances ? Démarrez une séance libre et ajoutez les exercices de votre choix. Vous pourrez enregistrer votre séance dans vos favoris et ainsi l’incorporer dans votre programme d’activité.
Restez connecté, soyez encouragé
Vous pouvez partager sur Facebook la séance que vous êtes en train de réaliser et recevoir les félicitations et encouragements de vos amis pendant votre entraînement.
Suivi d’activité
Chez vous, depuis votre ordinateur (PC ou Mac), vous pouvez suivre votre activité et vos progrès sur votre journal personnel disponible sur play.upulse.fr.
