1 ★App keeps crashing and keeps freezing my phone

1 ★I've been using it for probably 5 years and it seems to keep get worse not better. 90% of the time it won't let me log in. Half the time I am able to log in it's so slow it kicks me off. If there was any other app I could use I would. The website is only slightly better but not convenient. Technology is definitely not their strength.

1 ★Everytime i try to log in it freezes i'll close it then reopen it same thing. It does not recognize my log in an everytime i try to call that number NO ONE PICKS UP😤😤😤 i was able to leave a message NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL a waste of time!!! Update** i called that number once agai STILL no one picked up i left a message AGAIN....NO RETURN CALL OR NOTHING!!

3 ★Issues creating account. I received an error message, "oh snap something went wrong." I attempted to sign up four times. As of 1/13/2021, the app has functioned well, although it has lagged when it comes to extracting data from my Samsung health app.

1 ★If it even allows me to log in, the app doesn't load the landing page most times I open it (on any phone). Pages don't load or are blank. Not worth the time. Just use the website.

1 ★Literally the worst at I have ever used. BS. Login it sits there you try to enter something it continues to load and load and load. To enter any tracking info Etc I have to load it at least 10 times to get through one entry. And it's not me

1 ★Can't log on. Tried to call help line and was disconnected. Finally got through and left a message. Did not get my discount for this pay check 😡.

2 ★I have a problems that are similar to many others' (e.g., buttons that don't do what they're supposed to, receiving appropriate incentive credit), but by far my biggest problem is the inability to remain "connected" to my Runkeeper app. In the past I have had to "disconnect" and "reconnect" every 1 or 2 days to get my data to be imported. Now even that doesn't work. This is really a poorly designed app, both technically and ergonomically.

1 ★It kept crashing. So much so that my phone actually said something along the lines of "AlwaysOn keeps crashing. Keep restarting?" No, just uninstall.

2 ★Have this app only because of my health care connection. Always crashes and doesn't pick up all activity even after sync

2 ★App crashing! This app always crashes. At least once a week. It does molt accurately accrue your points. Once it crashes it does not keeptrack of your daily activity coming from a paired tracking device. And then you need to go through the process of setting up the device again. It is kind of a pain and I wish they really would get the bugs taken care of.

3 ★The app is not awful, but there are a lot of issues. It's not intuitive at all, so it's really hard to find things. Sometimes it erases messages in progress. But for a quick check-in it works fine. The biggest issue though is that there are no notifications. I have them on in the app and the Android settings, but no matter what, there are never notifications. I'll log in and there will be like 11 notifications waiting. This makes you miss messages from your coach and for tracking your goals.
