How to install TrC | TfW APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download TrC | TfW APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

4 ★Overall I find it works very well indeed. Quick, clear and functional. The one request I'd make woukd be to add in the option to reserve a bike space (other train company apps do have this option) I have to phone up to book a space, having this option all in the app would be great.
1 ★Not as good as the old one. Does not show whether you are signed in and does not store whether you have a rail card. Although the reply says it does show your initials. You have to go to the "more" page. Not very intuitive. Also the reply that you can store whether you have a railcard by adding a favourite is not helpful as it only stores it for that journey. Having used it a bit more I have changed my rating from a 2 star to a 1 star.
1 ★Awful. Compared to the original app this is dreadful. Only this week does it allow you input card details along with remembering favourite journeys. Also, if you searching for a particular time, it won't let you search for tickets e.g. if a train is at 07.14 and it is 7.11 it won't let you view this train. Also, when trying to purchase a return, it says there are no journeys available like this. Awful app. Bring back the original
1 ★Awful app, it has a huge delay to bring up your tickets. Ticket warden had to go to another carriage and back before the app would work properly. I didn't even want the app, I requested a PDF for my tickets, but TFW don't provide this service even though they state it's free. Emailed them several times and had no reply, customer service is the worst. Yes I checked my junk mail. Oh and my train time was brought forward with no notification from these jokers. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
1 ★UPDATE: I couldn't contact you, for the page link states: "404 error. Page doesn't exist" - NOT impressed! I'm registered on your site, but because you've got a new app I've had to re-gister, and then wait for an email confirmation.....so I've gone through ALL that rigmarole as I'm waiting on the station... Only for app to tell me "oh no..there's an error!" - It's taken me that circular route TWICE, so I've given up and will try The Trainline app, or the National Rail app! Not impressed!
4 ★The app looks amazing easy to use and step by step guide the only reason that I didn't give it 5 star is that when you purchase the ticket it will tell you the date and time but not the platform that you need to go so the only way that you can find out on which platform you need to go is to either ask one of the member if staff on the train station or look at the screen for train on boarding I wish with the next uptade it will be able to tell you what platform you need to go same as before.
3 ★App does not integrate with Google Pay. Which means that tickets bought only get delivered to a wallet on the app. This means that rather than being able to use the quick links to G-Pay on my phone I would have to open up the TfW app every time to get my ticket. Meaning if you have tickets from more than one supplier for your journey I have them in multiple places. Won't use app will continue using the website which does allow you to buy tickets for use in G-Pay. Haven't used the it beyond that.
1 ★New app is very poor compared with the old. It doesn't have features like remember pervious journeys or allow you to take a screenshot of the ticket so you can't use the app to claim for a delay repay which is basically every day with the TfW service. App is just clunky and less convenient than the old one.
1 ★Really poor - hopefully it will improve. Unintuitive in many ways - eg if you check the return ticket box before completing the outward journey details, the return section pops up before you have completed the outward section. Until the glitches are sorted I'll use anther app.
1 ★I don't review apps ever but this is garbage. I'm forced to get this app, but I can't even use it because my account "won't work with our new ticketing system". I don't think *any* account is valid anymore. I guess it doesn't matter to TFW since they make the same amount from any of the apps, but they should at provide their own consistent first party service.
1 ★Doesn't allow me to see or our base return tickets. Looks horrible compared to the old app Update: still shockingly bad, no long says what platform to go to, you can only buy tickets 5 minutes before the train. Old is far more user friendly. Why did you get rid of the old one? Update: I now only use this app for multiflex tickets and for everything else, like normal train tickets and times I use Trainline
1 ★Same issue as other users - choosing open return, doesn't show anytime day returns. Also my partner and I often travel with 2 together railcard & send screenshots of the 2nd user; it saves time barriers rather than passing phones around. Disabling the screenshot function isnt helpful. Perhaps ability to link accounts so we can split tickets and allocate to each of our devices if screenshot option is to remain off? Update: you issue 2 QR codes that are exactly the same so barriers only work once
