Description
Users pick a candidate and answer multiple-choice questions which link their needs with their opinion or expectation of how the candidate might affect their needs.Upon submitting, a “grading report” is automatically generated, “grading” that candidate in four criteria:
- Favorability – The higher the score, the more favorable the candidate is in the opinion of the user.
- Un-favorability – The higher the score, the more unfavorable the candidate is in the opinion of the user.
- Declarations – The higher the score, the more transparent the candidate is, in the opinion of the user.
- Knowledge – The higher the score, the more knowledgeable the user is.
This grading report is saved in the user’s “saved reports” and can be accessed later-on to compare it with another candidate’s report, thus “comparing two candidates”.
This grading report can be shared on social media (specify?????) and by emailing (specify????) it in the format of a picture, with the candidate’s name, user’s name, and the date and time the evaluation took place.
