2 ★Most user unfriendly app ever. Keeps stopping/crashing. Too many notifications to buy back issues. Difficult to navigate. Difficult to refresh and open new editions, have to log back in again. Customer support does not reply to emails. Terrible.
5 ★Hey there. I've got the digital RT on subscription and normally it works really well, but after a recent software update on my phone, all my issues have vanished. Subscription's still supposed to be active until 10th March 2018 so I'm a bit puzzled - can you help me retrieve them (and indeed my weekly RT) please...?

5 ★Wonderful, perfect digital version. Fed up with receiving Radio Times physical magazine subscription often late to us in France, decided to try the digital version. Works perfectly on tablet & phone, always delivered well in time for the next TV week ahead. Exact facsimile of the magazine, reliable delivery, easy to navigate, saves place of page last read, & much cheaper than physical subscription. Just have to get used to not being able to highlight our choices in the listings. Very happy.
