4 ★Ok, team - great job. The update that just rolled out 8/3/18 finallyenabled some of the functionality we have been waiting for. Location isworking better with a real satellite map, and I can actually message backand forth with my kids now. Thank you for working to deliver what has beenpromised. For all of the bad reviewers, I agree - most everything wasbroken. But if you have the watches sitting in a drawer, pull them out,update the watches and the app, and give them a try again. It really ismiles better now!
5 ★Igps is awesome i highly recommend it to keep tabs on your lil ones!! Voice messaging,cool emojis,sos emergency button love it all. The gps app is so freakin precise its amazing.
1 ★A lot of the "features" do not work or just simply are not there. Tracking is absurdly delayed and inaccurate (at times up to a mile!). Customer service is nonexisting. Billing is spot on though, they're really good at withdrawing funds out of my account dispute requests to cancel service. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a class action case coming their way in the near future.
1 ★I am really trying to like this product, but having a really hard time doing so. When researching kids GPS watches, I chose the iGPS because it advertised all of the features that I was looking for. Unfortunately most of those features, such as the 'listen in' and 'anti-lost alarm' (to name a few), do not seem to be functioning within this app. Additionally, the "real time tracking" is severely delayed and is inaccurate a lot of times. Notifications and push messages are also very delayed. Another concern with the app is that there doesn't seem to be a primary administrator option. All 'monitors' have access to change and update settings within the app. This product and app have the potential to be great, if only they would work!

1 ★Will not update keeps giving false information. Started off great but by week 2 it wasn't giving accurate updates. If it works like it supposed 2 it would be a great app.
