2 ★I like the watch but this app sucks. Like other posts I read, connecting the watch to the app is a problem. The app makes you hate your watch, the developers should do something about this inorder to satisfy their agonizing customers.
2 ★I wish it recorded MY sleep hours, not its own. Unless youre a little kid, or sick, who the heck goes to bed at EIGHT O'CLOCK??? I need a device where i can be my night owl/sleep-in self! I get plenty of sleep. Just not into those HORRIBLE hours.
1 ★This APP and product are useless. Costumer service is even worse. Even though you save money but not buying a "real" brand product. Don't waste your money because the hassle of getting the watch/app to work correctly isn't worth it. It also conveniently stopped working properly just out of the time frame for me to send it back to Amazon or to get a refund.
1 ★This is a horrible app. It constantly disconnects and freezes. It has a hard time syncing with the watch. Whenever I try to update the firmware it doesn't stay connected to do so and trying to change the face on the watch from the app doesn't work either because it can't stay connected long enough. I won't be recommending this app to anyone. The name of my watch is "morePro Fitness Tracker"
2 ★App keeps disconnecting from my watch. I have to uninstall and reinstall and update every other day? Shouldn't be so difficult.
1 ★The app usually syncs properly with my smartwatch, but only on rare occasions uploads the tracks to Strava. I'd settle for being able to find the .gpx files on my Android device somewhere and manually upload those to Strava, but I don't see those either. Before adding any other features, it's important to get at least the basic functionality and data collection to be reliable. Until that's done, this app is mostly unusable.
3 ★This is my 3rd smart watch 10yrs (Garmin and FitBit prior). I will say that this is a great watch for the price (I think I spent around $50 on Amazon?), BUT there are issues that I would love to see addressed: 1) It does not register sleep like taking a nap. Only nighttime rest 2) You can't pause the time when you are stopping for a traffic light or whatever reason. This SUCKS as the time keeps going. I'd like to really know how long it takes me to run distance and not the added time waiting for lights, etc. 3) There is no chart to see how sleep, mileage, or heart rate has changed over time. The other smart watches do this through their websites. There is no website for Zeroner 4) NOT happy with the inability to change mileage. Example: I started running although the satellites weren't linking. My watch showed that I ran .80mi shorter than I really did (I've run the distance and knew exactly how far it was). You can not edit mileage. I've sent SEVERAL messages to Zeroner about this asking them to fix my mileage for that day. I have heard nothing from them on the problem. Updated to 6.0.0.89
1 ★Concerned app doesn't allow reading full of current privacy notice on first use. Seems like a fundamental thing to get right in app design and testing. Angle bracket < > touch icons did not allow me to move thru notice--nothing happened. Need a beta tester? I will do that to help make this app work well. Decades of IT experience from phones, client/server, up thru mainframes.
3 ★Only had it 24 hours but I like it so far. Worked just as expected for my morning run. Although for idle time the step count is way off. For just sitting watching tv/playing video games it counted almost 1000 steps. Also despite me changing the settings in the app it wont change some units of measurement such as celcius to farenheit or the kilometers to miles. I will update my review as I learn more about the app. Or give it 5 stars if the developers fix these issues.
5 ★I was having problems setting up my smartwatch. I kept getting a error message, I wrote to tech support and within five minutes my problem was solved. This app is on the money! The monitoring it does for your watch is outstanding. Can not be beat far none. Developers keep up the good work, thank you again.
3 ★I really love the features and feel of the fitness tracker. Unfortunately it just turns off sometimes and the new update caused even more problems. Even trying to do the update it kept crashing at 50% but after about 10 attempts I was able to finish downloading it. Now it won't sync the watch back with my phone. I've tried turning off bluetooth and turning back on but it doesn't find unit. *Update: won't turn on at all anymore in last week, I had to contact about returning product*
1 ★Worked great then all of a sudden 0ne day it didn't. I didnt change any settings. It now doesn't alert me of text messages, and only sometimes will alert me of Facebook messages. Mostly it doesn't even show me the message, will just say "chat head active," and will do this 3 times for the same message (when I get it, when I open it, and when I close it). I've checked the settings, logged out of the app, deleted and re downloaded the app, and reset the watch. Not impressed.
