1 ★To add exercise and other option the add button doesn't appear on the main screen. Need to change the tab then only the add button appears. And add button is not available In all the tab, only at first tab. Total waste there is no option to delete documents uploaded. Google play should also have option for negative markings.
1 ★Worst experience! I downloaded it n made payment before time but d dr did not even have time to call on time, he was supposed to contact at 3pm but even after 2 hours he hasn't. When I called on their toll free number the second time they didn't answer, when I called from a diff number they answered it. N when finally the dr called I couldn't even hear him! And he told me to talk to the customer care people but they are still not answering! Don't download this app at all! Worst app
2 ★Very unsatisfied not simple to the doctors. In Prescription can't mention half dose. No pdf file of the Prescription to the patient side or no link for pdf download. Manually one has to send the pdf file to the patient email. ePrescription that arives in the App is useless as it does not contain name of the patient and doctor. Video quality is not satisfactory.
5 ★Very convenient and simple app. I was not able to contact my ENT doctor and I found her on this app. I got appointment immediately and got the prescription right away on the same app. Even I found my old prescription also which I got in January because my doctor uses the same app for writing prescriptions.
4 ★Less consultation fees than other apps but was unable to upload PDF of reports. Overall good experience but expect more features.

4 ★Thank you for successful consultation. Initially I did not get the call even after two hours. Your help line gentleman made it possible. Doctor was polite gentle and helpful. App is still showing consultation date and time please correct it. Keep it up. Very much help ful in these lock down days.

1 ★I am not liking the app as i m not able to contact my doctor for further follow up. Tell me do i need to pay fees everytime i have to update blood test report just after 2 days of online consultation? There should be a chat facililty so that if a patient takes online consultation and if he faces any prblm so that he can contact his doctor within a valid period of time. Do suggest me any solution for this. Thanks to the healthplix team for resolving my problem. They were helpful.
