1 ★Worst app ever. Worst company ever. Very rude customer service and does not honor their own commitments. Rather go for practo or any other app for that matter but avoid this at all cost.
1 ★Worse app. They take the booking for testing and afterwards says it is a no service zone. Most outdated app
1 ★Very bad experience. I have visited once and they are torturing by calling every hour.
5 ★The service is good. You order a test , you usually get a report within 24hrs. Paper report costs extra, but you can print the pdf at your end too. So far the sample collector was friendly and arrives on time. Everything works as it should, in the city of Mumbai.
1 ★Checkup experience was good but the call center people keep calling 10 times a day to get more checkups done. I have blocked at least 6 numbers but it doesn't matter they keep calling.
5 ★I'm really impressed with their quality of service - from the support in selection of test package (tele sales) to collection to quality of reports and further consultation, they seem to have everything sorted out really well. Good job! 👍

They had all my records and constantly keep on calling me 2. Gave me a package deal but when I denied few tests on the day and asked to be charged less since I am not taking those tests, I was told since you have opted for package now u have to payfull 3. 1 ★I was just checking about some tests but they have called me and send me so many msgs.I don't understand that why are do doing all these and since I have stepped into their app every now and then someone or other is calling for test and when I say that I don't need it they are not listening to me and they keep on repeating that ma'am we have other package we have this discount and all but they do not understand that no I don't need it. Such an irritating customer service.
1 ★Wish there was an option of zero stars. Just browsed through their app and have already received 10 calls from them. Now even messaging me on WhatsApp. Have told them repeatedly not to bother me but they just wouldn't stop. Literally giving me a headache.
1 ★When you don't use WhatsApp then what is the need to message patients on WhatsApp. I wait for 10 minutes for customer care person, but of no help. Your customer care specialist had promised me to send me the reports by 1PM, I am still waiting and dialling, but of no use except waiting for long as your specialists are busy. Not good for a life assisting venture.

1 ★Really bad experience. I had once searched for a test. That's all. Now, all their salesman are spamming me with 100's of calls in a day. There is no way to shut them off in the application.
