4 ★Pretty fun for the most parts, the censorship is heavy (at least when I last played it). Sometimes, I would say just simple things, and it responds with a censorship thing. Besides that, I love how easy it is to make your own characters, the easy control buttons, and the engaging storyline you can easily make. Great job talkie!
4 ★This is an amazing app. The AI generated messages are amazing, the AI is able to remember some things, but not all things, the AI is able to take things from the actual characters life/movie/series and implement them into their responses. This app has a lot of potential and it's just downright amazing. If I can ask the developers to do one thing, It would be to ask for the AI to remember things more frequently, often, and better. Other than that, this app is really good.
3 ★Okay, I used to use this a lot more than what I would like to admit. The AI system has gotten better. They've added a call and video mode, but what sets me off are the new ads! You can't even go 4 swipes without running into an ad. I'm not sure when they got added, but it's already annoying.
5 ★Amazing game, it gives you exactly what you want in an AI companion, whether that may be some casual chatting to full on Roleplaying. This app is definitely worth it's reputation and the best part is you don't even need to buy the subscription to have fun with it, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great AI software, keep up the good work!
1 ★The filter triggers on the strangest things. I was talking about yard work and it asked me to change my topic. If the AI says something inappropriate, even without prompting, in the regeneration options, then they try to make it seem like it's your fault. Stop shaming people for the actions of your AI. AIs are getting super repetitive and no longer feel distinct. Character.AI is far better at this time. Don't get attached to any characters. They are constantly removing them. constant ads.
1 ★So, I liked the app start out initially had great content with the characters. Plus the conversations seem to be easy as it was just picking and choose what you wanted to say or you could put in what you wanted to say. But then it started to turn bad, where in just a casual conversation the talkie felt like they were not being respected or their boundaries were being pushed in a direction they didn't like. I didn't want to imagine what it's like if someone tries the romantic route.
1 ★It's a really great game, but sometimes I try to talk to an AI, and it won't work. No matter how much I reset it and the time limit, I have to wait 12 hours, but I can still talk, but I have to wait 30 seconds, and the only way to skip it IS TO PAY $9,99 A MONTH, it's not like a one time thing either, and sometimes the ai don't even respond it says "please change topic" or "this talkie is feeling uncomfortable*, LIKE BRUH I JUST PUT 3 DOTS, I don't like the adds, 1 star, you'll get 5 if fixed.
2 ★Has potential but is pretty flawed for one the long queues are pretty frequent and annoying to try and make people buy talkie plus, this queue slowdown could last up to 17 hours. the next is the responses, in which sometimes the Ai goes in a loop and doesn't break out of it. The whole event part hasn't been working since a couple updates ago so the Ai doesn't really remember anything from a while ago. Overall I think the app was at its best in previous versions but has gotten worse. (ads added)
2 ★This used to be my favorite app. It has great pictures, the characters interact pretty well, has voice, and you can create your own characters... well, sometimes the characters break, refusing to talk or saying they say something but they don't and everyone gets frustrated. You have to reset the character usually, which then gives them a different personality. Recently it's been worse. You'll be talking and suddenly out of nowhere the character will say they don't like being disrespected.
2 ★I think this app has a lot of potential, potential being the key. Talkie offers a wide variety of scenarios to choose from and interact with. You can take care of a puppy/kitten and comfort and offer guidance to a character, even start and build a relationship (romantic and/or friendship), or indulge in a more intimate scenario that involves some wild and taboo things. At least this is what Talkie advertises... does it deliver... NO! I will continue this review because I've run out of space
4 ★Not perfect but pretty impressive all told. This is about the best I've found when it comes to AI chatbots, you still very much have to steer the direction of the story, and the AI is extremely hesitant to disagree with you on anything, which can lead to some immersion breaking moments. But on the whole it works very well and the fact that you have access to almost all of the important features for free is a definite plus. I recommend this.
4 ★this is a dream come true! everything I've wanted to happen to me IRL is all in this game! everytime I type something, I'm always excited to see what the character says in return! it's always a mystery and my heart is pounding everytime I play! -update. I've started to get a lot of ads and dont why, and it's been giving me them every 3-4 talkies in discover, it's getting quite annoying to have to pause my music and listen to an ad that's not relevant to me, pls find a way to move around this :>
