1 ★As a business owner this app needs to be updated. There are not a lot of listing updates so it makes it hard to get to new clients. I get my clients the old way word of mouth. Laying for leads isnt worth my hard on money

1 ★The app is ok, the service is pricey and you don't get half the leads. Ifyour going to go with a lead service try one of the bigger ones that peopleknow. I have never gotten a job only spent money.

1 ★I told them to delete my account and to quit using my company to promote their business I wanted nothing to do with them repeatedly and I just received another charge for the third time so that's 3 months in a row after telling them I will sue them that they are still charging me. You're wasting your time and your money

1 ★First their definition of a lead person versus an appointment causes confusion as I work on Smith vs every other lead Source generator. If a customer wants to meet with me that's not an appointment that's just a lead

2 ★Almost none of the leads tell you much about the projects like specifically what they want where it is and never ever tell how many credits you need. The only people making money are Smith because i haven't gotten a single job

1 ★I had a horrible experience with this app. Everytime I added credits to my account they would delete my credits and when asked why I was told I had used them. Even though I never spoken to or contacted any leads. They give you the option to get refund but it was like talking to a brick wall

4 ★I need more leads I have trouble A lot of times when I'm press one to say that I am interested in the job it says that my message has failed this is getting tiresome I prefer for the customer information to come straight to me and then I bid on the job and as I buy my credits then I get the customer's phone number and I like doing all this through texting

4 ★I have had some success..most people aren't aware that Smith charges us and therefore seem reluctant to pay a small fee for consultations. They have told me have a hard time with the mobile app..in our rural area we have long travel times often to assessment locations..
