1 ★what a crappy app. it don't work. was in the middle of making an invoice and just after i was about done, it repeated everything 10 times. you can't select multiple items and delete at once. been deleting items for over half an hour and still not half way done deleting the extra added items. decided to just start over with a new invoice and it won't load anything. I'm uninstalling this junk app.
5 ★Absolutely love this app, does what it intends to do perfectly and makes life much easier running a self owned auto shop. One suggestion which I would love to see is they add the ability to add our own inventory and keep track of expenses of cars we bought and plan to sell for profit. Used car lot manager as well as repair shop management would be the ultimate double edged sword!!! Love it regardless, fingers crossed dev adds it in an update! Speaking about the developer, response time is lightning fast and issues are resolved immediately thanks to the excellent customer service!!!

1 ★Everything was working fine until the appointment system just stopped working all together. I have pissed off workers and Customers now. Was trusting this system with my lifes work. Now the trust is gone until it's fixed. I hope they get it fixed soon. because I don't want to go back the old school way. Like I'm doing now.🤬😡🤬😡🤬
5 ★Just got this in compliment to the app as I am a mobile mechanic. Sign up was slightly confusing but not too bad. I purchased their unlimited monthly plan which for 25 bucks is an extremely reasonable price. If the full version works even half as well as the demo I am very impressed and satisfied with my purchase and will likely be a lifelong customer. Login button in mobile app is not functioning. App works fantastic
1 ★CAN'T GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND!!! Love the trial app but immediately after I purchased the pro app I could not use it. It kept telling me the the trial period was over and I need to purchase the pro version. Been there, done that. Have tried to contact customer service through several emails...cannot find a phone number. NO RESPONSE!!!
2 ★Hello I think your app is a good app but I am having problems with it saving invoices after I created them. This is causing frustrating and me to do over. I paid for full version, thinking about canceling. Also your how to video don't have any instructions also they are very small to look at.
5 ★Previously gave 4 stars because it is an awesome app but now they get 5 stars because their email support is SO FAST AND RESPONSIVE. I apparently made multiple accounts with the same email and so when i wanted to access my paid sunscription one i could due to the confusion i really didnt expect them to reply within 30 min but man Costal is a BEAST. We managed to recover my account and delete all others im definitely keeping this app thank you ARI team you made me a happy man not easy to do
5 ★The app works great and I like how you guys keep updating the app, the only issue I have now is when I try to creat a new job for a new customer and after that if I press one of the previous invoices then it changes the previous customer name to the one I just entered automatically. 5 ★I tried too many invoice program cheap to high cost one. I am satisfied use this ARI and even my customer like this invoice . I am highly recommend to any business owner specially auto repair shop. Try it ,get it , make it , own this invoice program. I was tried one month and bought it. What ever ,you will love it. My most of shop owner friends got this program already. Only some owner expecting connect to labor estimate need. Very very good High recommend to you and every shop owner.

1 ★Looks good, but is very difficult to use! Invoices do not print directly from phone (have to sent via message or email to have printable copy). In all, a waste of time and effort.
