1 ★Would not accept my old account info and transfer into new app. Had to go thru headache of adding credit cards and vehicles. App also didn't send notification when time on meter was running low. Between covid and it being a Saturday I luckily didn't get a ticket. Old app was simpler and it just worked. This one sucks.

4 ★Wow! The app managers actually read and responded to the complaints by making necessary improvements to the app. 1. You can now set up payment options in advance. 2. You can now enter the zone number as well as use the location finder. Of course, these corrections don't wholly absolve the clumsy rollout issues, but it is better than it was. Still unclear whether it is/will be better than the former version, but, hey, Speramus Meliora.

1 ★Needs work. Selecting a date and timeframe doesn't work properly. App automatically changes what's selected to a completely different timeframe. There should at least be an edit option to help minimize that issue.

2 ★Worst parking app. Think you've paid? Think again. Engineered to hang up and I cludes unnecessary steps to fool you into thinking you've paid... but get Detroit an overpriced parking ticket. Believe it or not, the new app is WORSE than the old app! Another thing wrong with the city of Detroit.

1 ★App is totally broken. The prior app worked like a charm, since this new one no transaction has gone through. Constantly receive a try later message. People need to pay when they park to avoid a ticket, not later. Useless

2 ★Confusing app. When entering a garage they don't give you a ticket and you must show your QR code to exit. The QR code is not available in the app anymore and you must search for an email they sent you to pull up the ticket. The staff at the garage I was at were trying to help, but they didn't know what to do either. Hopefully when callibg support they can refund me my list ticket fee and the extra parking intended up paying for because I was told I needed a QR code to get out. #needswork

3 ★The app works decently enough, but they don't accept payments from American Express cards which is a pain point for me. Please add as a payment option!

1 ★App rarely works and now is saying "Payment has not been processed. Please try again later" and yet is charging my Visa card each time. I am sure there is no way to get a refund nor know if there is an actual active parking session after being charged 5 times for the same transaction.

1 ★So still doesn't work. The scheduling should work, that would be great, but it does not. I did a screen video capture of the app not working. I will fight any ticket I get!

1 ★This app is really bad. They changed it so far I can't find how to add my time. I feel that they made it more difficult so that you end up with a ticket. My friend just ended up with one.

3 ★After entering a zone number and tapping on it, NOTHING HAPPENS. It took me a while to realize that I must find the paystation on the map in order to pay.

1 ★App didn't send reminder that parking us expiring. I acquired a $45 ticket as I was walking to my car.
