1 ★LG Q7+ : You have to accept all permissions in order for it to work. I don't think it is right for this app to be having all of the permissions it's requesting. And when I finally allowed all permissions, the app is very slow and does not function much. I ended up deleting it.
1 ★Added app 4 times to 2 phones & still wont load... Then 1 time it got to the info page and asked to give up everything on my phone to open... When i decline it closes... There are 100s of compaints about this app and i havent seen 1 answer or help from anyone from the store or app... I iused to go to the store 2 times or more a week & now i go maybe once a month or less... One reason os the app sucks...when i spent thousands of dollars and still cant show my points and never got coupon.. Too bad
1 ★I have been stuck with 28/300 rewards for a while. I kept most of my receipts and should have $200+ not counting the double rewards days. Brought it to the attention of the store manager and he took my info down and nothing has changed. Utterly disappointing and useless.
1 ★This app became unusable, it wants to take over every function on my phone. Veterans of America needs to understand that this is a thrift store not Amazon, we don't need this app to shop at your thrift shop, there are many others. My recommendation to everyone is to DELETE THE APP. you don't need it.
2 ★I've been trying to download this app forever and it just never worked although it has the icon and tells me to open, it just goes to black. I am a dedicated and frequent shopper , it's not fair I can't reap the rewards just because your app doesn't want to work on my phone.

1 ★Doesnt work. Horribly buggy, crashes a lot, disappears from the desktop. I finally deleted and reinstalled but since I wont allow it access to my phone and contacts, it keeps turning off! I wish they'd just offer a card or keychain card.
1 ★Logs into wrong account and never get replies from tech or customer service. Update 1/2/2020 Now app doesn't even start, says no or slow internet access.. even when using WiFi or phone data.. Maybe they 'banned' me because of bad review instead of helping me fix the app issue.
1 ★Worst App Ever. Hardly ever works. Cant log in. Cause it keeps type repeating your e-mail, on its own. Then all kinds of problems just getting it to work. And forget it working in store. Thats a joke.
