2 ★After using the app for many months, suddenly I am not able to log in through the app using my facebook account. It is very frustrating when I am a loyal shopper and cannot get the discounts because I am unable to pull up the app through no fault of my own. It hangs on "logging in". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. If anyone else has had a similar problem and can offer a fix I would appreciate it! Thanks! Scott
1 ★This app needs updating, I can't open it while in the store and my phonegoes blank when I try to sign in. If the problem gets resolved it wouldmake shopping there much easier.
1 ★Checked out a monitor from 10 years ago priced at $50, plugged it in tofind a shattered screen. The Sorting Department is right there so I saw thehead guy and told him, I think he was the owner but no idea. He acted likeit. Said this is broken, $50 is highway robbery, basically said too bad. Ilook over and see a sign no returns all prices are final everything is soldas is. A couple minutes later I see him take that shattered screen turnright around the corner and set it right back on the Shelf. You always dothis thrift store items butt some poor old sap think she's getting a nicemonitor over fifty bucks to find out it's broken and he can't return it, Ithink that's pretty low. Also I saw someone get accused of stealingsomething when it seems pretty obvious that person was not stealing or evencapable of stealing the item. 1 ★This app is so glitchy, it's PAINFUL. I can never sign in, it always sayserror retrieving information. Or it says my email is not valid, even thoughI know it's valid! The contact us page is completely blank. Even when youget into the app, all that works is the little barcode for points-which bythe way take an eternity to update (like months). I struggle with the appEVERYTIME I'm at checkout while the cashier and manager are breathing downmy neck as if it's my fault. THE APP SUCKS and gives a bad in appexperience and a bad in store experience. When the manager doesn't want togive me the promo price because I can't get into the app, I just pull up mycredit card statements and show him the literally thousands of dollars Ispend in his store. Am I not VIP enough? This is ridiculous.
1 ★The thrift store on rice and larpender. Is ran by a piece of pig poop. He accused me of stealing a leather coat. And he was wrong. He then told me to get off his property. I am innocent. He had no right to talk to me the way he did accuse me of what he did or tell me to get off his property which wasn't his he may rent the store but he does not own it and I was not in it when he accused me of the stuff I was outside I felt threatened and intimidated and I almost called the cops myself

1 ★I can't think of a single reason why the app needs access to internal storage, my camera or my contacts. Additionally there is a laundry list of extra non-toggleable permissions that the app has access to. Why does it need Bluetooth?
