3 ★After 2 years, same problem. Every Few months it kicks me out and I fight with the login., my creds dont work, password reset does'nt work because the email is not on record but i can't make a new account because my email exists. In a day or two the same creds i was trying work again.

5 ★Having used this app and device for a year now I can safely say both work flawlessly. The ability to set alarms is great! My kids left the door open one day when leaving for school and the app notified me so I closed it. Used on Android 6,7 and 8 on Samsung S5, LG G4, Kyocera DuoForce, Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL Massive compliments to all involved in the device and app. Should you encounter issues the likely culprit is your wireless AP/router/modem.
2 ★Initially I was very excited and very happy with this product. But then reality set in. I get constant notifications at the garage door is open and closing open and close and open closing and nobody's touching anything and door is not open and closing the door stays closed where I left it. I've tried for 3 months to like this and it sucks. Made the mistake of logging out I could not log back in had to get a new account. I really would like to have my money back. I will send the garage back but after reading reviews I won't get my money back and apparently if I write a bad review I cannot use my garage it anymore? I literally have 35 notifications from today alone in 5 minutes.
2 ★The Android version of this app simply has a lot of bugs. I can't get the notifications to work at all, and there's no documentation. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and so forth. Oddly enough, their hardware seems to work well, but their app stinks.
4 ★The app looks primitive, but so far it works okay for me. However, it's an ugly and simplistic UI with no widgets. The Android Wear part works well. I have Google Assistant voice command to work using IFTTT. The app setup took about 2 minutes for each Garadgets (I have 2). 4 stars because of the ugly UI.
1 ★This app really lacks basic features to be a community app. From the use of the app, too the customer relations, I personally wouldn't want anyone to use this app. Pure garbage and should be removed from the Play Store. Reported and saged.
3 ★Everything was good for about 3 days and the notifications stopped working. I could still open, close, and check the status of the door, but no notifications. Also, its showing up as the highest consumer of my battery. I was able to get IFTTT integration to work with the help of forum posts. Forum has good ideas for app and product improvements, too. Almost there. 5 stars when bugs are resolved.
4 ★This device seems to work best when bolted to the ceiling drywall, not to the garage door motor. The vibration from the motor will eventually cause issues, with aiming at the door target, etc. Garadget connects to my WiFi, works with my Alexa, IFTTT integration, and a cell phone app. Issues people have I think are mostly caused by the complications of home automation integration, not necessarily the Garadget, I have a lot more issues with my WeMo switch than the Garadget.
5 ★Initially had problems with set up when I got my garadget. I used the web access to complete the set up. I use this app now. Absolutely love it. I can sleep at night with the notifications to let me know if the door is still open between 9pm & 6am. Love this thing.
