1 ★Horrible service and app. Used app to get cab and cab tells me cash oy when my debit card was charged. Poor service and excuses by dispatcher. Disgusting

1 ★I am generally pretty fair and laid back, so I typically do write many badreviews. This needs to be written, though. I use Uber and Lyft regularly,but I wanted to support a local company. Two words: Never again. Strike 1.The Diplo app gives inaccurate info about the cab's location. Itdisappeared and reappeared several times. Strike 2. The driver spoke almostno english. Rarely an issue with Uber and Lyft since they simply GPS thedestination. Strike 3. Whoops. The driver did not know how to get to NewarkAirport. He either didn't know how to or chose not to use the GPS on hisMetroPCS phone. I had to switch my Google Maps to Spanish so that he couldget me to the destination. And he missed several turns. Strike 4. There's astrike 4? Just go with it. Instead of the $70 charge in the app, I was toldthat it was $88. The app doesn't put you in direct contact with the driver.It puts you in touch with the base. But wait, the base has no idea what isgoing on, so don't call them expecting them to be aware of anything. Awfulapp, awful driving, awful service. Back to Uber and Lyft.

1 ★Drivers contact info should appear. Live driver location should work. Drivers should stick to the price the app gives.

3 ★I use lyft mostly. But I call diplo when I only have cash. I wish they would stick by the prices they put on the app. And they should tell their drivers how the app works. I always have to explain my destination to them. Like its on your tablet!!! I don't know. Just an alternative when I'm running late. But happy to see them trying to compete with the big guys like Lyft and Uber.

1 ★Cab #42 bad customer service, extremely disrespectful towards passengers, and racist. If that's the drivers they hire I don't recommend this cab service to anyone. Don't waste your time. High class is better, any other one is better than this one.
