1 ★Very bad experience i had returned the product what I brought but they never returned the money back and when u call to the customer care it says "there is no agent available" im disappointed by this act what they have.
1 ★It's been so long with the order that I have placed but still no positive response. This is one of the worst services that I have experienced till date. Your customer service doesn't care to even respond back and let the customer know what is going on and expect the customer to be patient and wait for some time. Are you guys serious??? It's been more than 10 days and still my order is not delivered and the info I get is that the seller has not dispatched it yet. In the app and on your website what I can see is my order is shipped already(And clarification that i got was app is under update that is why you are not able to see the exact status. Lol!! This is the worst explanation ever) And your virtual assistant is next level. My question is why is it there? To help the customer? But don't think so it is helping anyone. Because we don't get much info. And writing email to your customer care is of no use either. (Does they even care to respond back??) After writing email what we get is (A Customer Experience representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response within 12 hours.), do they really care to get back??? DONE WITH YOUR SERVICES!!!

Google please take action agianst this app. They are giving option for bank account refund but not giving in bank account. They give in wallet and compulsory used within 3 months . Worst ever policy. 1 ★Worst app ever. Ordering here is like buying a lottery ticket. You may or may not get your order. I don't know why they have created a virtual assistant- it's like getting an introductory course of If/Else statement - which is of no use. You cannot use this app if you want to give surprise to anyone. They say the order will get delivered within 6-8 working days and i am fine with it. What if there is a delay - lets say 2 weeks or even a month, if you can bear this, then this is the best app for you. They seriously don't give anything other that a receipt of what you have ordered. If you want to track your order - this is what you get - an OrderID, when and what you have ordered. And in the tracking option they show you - shipped. No update, even if they have way past the delivery date of your product. I am not sure whether to trust these apps.
1 ★Worst experience ever! The product shown on the app is totally different in reality. I placed a return request for the same. I've been waiting for three weeks now but nobody came to pick it up. I complained on customer care service 5-6 times but everytime they will reply that they have escalated the issue to their senior team. But nothing will happen after that. You won't get any assistance with your order and your money will be stuck. Please don't buy through this app. It's pathetic.
1 ★Worst experience, this is a fradulent app. They have the worst service ever. Firstly they delivery service is too slow, their app fails to show an exact tracking status of the order. Further to worsen they have bogus and fradulent refund policy. You will never be able to put refund request, it just keep showing something went wrong. Their customer care no.is not existent and all other point of contact is for name sake, nobody replies. 3.8 rating of this app is fake I suppose.
1 ★The worst shopping app . No proper customer service . They say return is available and refund guarantee but don't get fooled by those words . I had sent them return request a month ago even after a month they haven't done any , they fooled me saying it's courier company's fault and we will look into the issue and it will be solved in next 48 hours and never did the refund. Don't download this app and buy any products from them.

This application is complete waste .The application upgrade is pending for long .Ironical when you buy something and when you do payment on its application ,it works fantastic but when you try to return or exchange the item ,oh mercy god ,it's application crashes . 1 ★The biggest No. Sorry to say but the highest disappointment I faced in online purchase was when I ordered a ready to be stitched suit piece and received it. Of course I paid 1500+ but the product seemed hardly of 150 Rs. The red color was dull. When you buy a new piece of clothing, it has a shine of newness but Craftsvilla seems to have lost it. It seemed faded. Being a regular buyer of Myntra and Flipkart, I can understand that Craftsvilla has just fooled me. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this site. Thanks but no thanks.
1 ★The customer service is worst. I tried to return saree after I found out the quality was not good. I entered the bank details but the UI is not working. Tried to call customer care number but it's not working. I have emailed 4 times, every time they say to give 2 days to check but I never hear anything back. It's been two weeks I have raised complaint. I guess now they will not take back as it's been already more than 7 days according to their return policy.
1 ★Customer support is of the worst quality. Contact detail mentioned on the app is not a valid number. On mailing too, I didn't get reply in 24hrs . I initiated return of the ordered item within 7 days of delivery, but am not allowed to get refund in my bank account (although the option exists in the app) because of some technical glitches. So am forced to either not return the product, or get the refund in the Craftsvilla wallet (which I may or may not use). So my money gets wasted in both ways.
