1 ★ving separate apps for mk and Northampton worked better. I was charged waytoo much because they sent out a Northampton taxi rather than a mk taxi. Icomplained and got my money back but it doesn't let you specify which taxifirm you want it from. I was told to book over the phone in future but youcan't pay by card over the phone anymore. Northampton prices are way moreexpensive than mk for some silly reason. I have no idea why they sent aNorthampton taxi out for a Milton Keynes job. Probably won't be using themagain because of this
1 ★Bounds MK app worked fine, but have now had to move to this app. First timeusing it and my card is charged £26 for a £5 journey . The driver was sentfrom Northampton to MK for the short journey, something I did not request,is not my fault but I have had to pay for. Struggling to get through toanyone who can rectify this
1 ★The app itself worked fine on my side, but on the drivers side it left himout of pocket. When I tried to phone up to fix the discrepancy the boundsoffice was not interested in making things right for their driver. Verydisappointed in Bounds, and I recommend that you pay in cash.

1 ★Downloaded app about 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the confirmation code. No options to get it resent or on whom to contact. So I eventually downloaded the app. I use my card to pay and the amount on the meter never matches my amount charged to my card. Although it's only 10 or 20 pence difference it is really annoying. Also the amount sent via email receipt is different too.
2 ★Overcharged my card for every booking - 3 bookings and £3.60 extraneouscharges so far. Also driver sent to wrong pickup and charged me waitingtime, actually arrived 10 minutes later. NEVER pay by card with this app -too much leeway to overcharge.
2 ★Really disappointed by the app. To book a taxi I have no issues with it but it didn't tell me what it cost until I found an email in my junk email. Silly extras had been automatically added on. 15% tip?? 20p of extras?? 70p waiting when he arrived 5 minutes early and we were already outside waiting for him.
1 ★Why does this app need access to my contacts? Location yes, fairlyessential for a taxi app but my contact list is for me not you. Also, waytoo comments regarding overcharging and taxis being sent from Northamptonfor MK jobs so won't be using this until you get your act together.
3 ★Oh your app is the same as skyline now. I kinda liked being able to specifywhere I'm going. The driver was always ready when I got in the cab. I guessnow it'll be like skyline where the driver incompetently spends a fewminutes faffing around trying to figure out where they are going and whatthey are doing.
