1 ★Trying to get a new password is a nightmare. Such a user unfriendly app. Designer should be sacked.
2 ★I'm trying real hard to use this app and not Uber but you guys need to calm the f down with the promo notifications. They are never not annoying

1 ★I waited almost half an hour in urgent need of a cab and time running out. Only for the driver to cancel it. I ring for help but get a time wasting robot and they stole my money for being dumb enough to pre pay. Ignore the thumbs up of positive comments they are made by the workers in mass. Hence having an abnormally large number compared to other apps uninstalling now
1 ★Does not work on samsung s21. Only allows 17 characters to be entered for card number. My card has 18 digits. Now app knows me and when I want to n use it, it goes through the setting-up process again and then fails again. Then it asks me for my credit card.
1 ★Today I made a booking in the app, & the cab never showed. I could see the cab down the st via the in-app GPS tracker. The driver processed a transaction charge on my account as though I took the journey, and then cancelled my booking. Not only was I inconvenienced having to make alternative travel arrangements & very late to an appointment - but now I'm having to do significant admin to claim the false charges back through 13 CABS customer service. 1 ★So bad. Why doesn't this have all the features of the Uber app?
1 ★Can't talk to an operator over the phone to manage the booking. All you get is a robot voice. Caused us a lot of confusion because of the inability to communicate with the driver. Just get a taxi off the rank, use another app or call an Uber.
1 ★We prebooked a taxi a week early to take us to Brisbane airport at 5am as we are sick of Uber so thought we'd give it a try. It got to 445am and the app was still saying something along the lines of "searching/allocating taxi". This made us nervous as we had a flight to catch and couldn't be late for it. Checked Uber and it said there was a driver 1 minute away so we cancelled the taxi booking and booked Uber. It would be very helpful if the app told you a ride was allocated to avoid this!
