1 ★I set up my new band (Bozgo) yesterday. The app installed fine, bound OK with the watch, and I was initially quite impressed. The app interface is nice, though I wish it allowed a bit more customisation (eg if you set "do not disturb", the time is fixed 22:00-08:00) I set an alarm for this morning. It worked. But now this morning, when I start the app, it begins to synchronise, then I get the message "Sorry, the program error!" and it closes. I've tried reinstalling. I've turned the watch off and on again. But it makes no difference. This needs an update quick, or there will be a lot of unhappy customers.
3 ★Set up with my bozgo watch from the KS campaign. Watch is clunky inoperation and the app is very basic. Everything appears to work. Pleaseupdate so watch face can be changed. Also need to customise how long thegavel stays lit. The watch goes dark after a few seconds.
1 ★App hangs in connection screen after my phone paired with the watch.Samsung S8+ with W30-34A2 watch. Phone quickly paired with with the watch,but the app didn't look like it knew what to do with the watch afterpairing. Cannot access any features of the software. It only shows log inscreen and equipment paired screen. Watch is 10 minutes slow and there areno directions in adjusting time in manual. The manual with the watch has noinstructions on how to operate app.

3 ★Only three stars for now as the app has a couple of minor issues. This is a lovely looking watch, I'm using it with the SKMEI H8, it looks much better than the price might suggest, beautifully clear display and very useful "Smart" features. The app lets the watch down a little, though I hope an update might address some of the minor issues. The notifications have the ability to be repeated after a certain interval that can be set in the App, this always returns to just 5 seconds no matter what you attempt to set it to. It would suit me to have the small hand remain pointing at the SMS, TEL or APP indicator until I clear it. As it is this clears after one minute or so, without the later repeat being able to be set, I still miss the notifications if I'm busy. It isn't possible to set the Power saving mode timing, set this to 22:00 - 08:00 and it reverts to 16:00 - 08:00. Try to set it to 21:59 - 07:59 and it goes to 16:1b an 07:1b [or something similar] . Some of the App is still in Chinese. Still, don't let that put you off, I'm sure these idiosyncrasies will be ironed out, and the watch does look great.
