I'm here AT THE MOMENT sitting down with my friends I invited them to watch the football at my place.. and the APP isn't working.. can't log in from ANY device.. basically Saturday afternoon is ruined because of you!! and there is no number for me to call, I emailed and nobody has contacted me back!! I would definitely choose IPTV over you.. atleaset the support teams are 24 hours available and reachable with phone calls and WhatsApp....
1 ★Terrible app... On the biggest game of the season Man City Vs Liverpool, the app decides to stop working and I'm unable to connect via my browser or TV. What's the point, if it's going to crash on such occasions?!
1 ★Let me try and understand this. I haven't received a day of service in over a week since I signed up. Now when I log on it says no subscription plan has been selected therefore I haven't even been given any subscription to watch. You tell me if I cancel I will continue to receive this no service until my non existent subscription expires? And you're telling me I can't get a refund? Is this a joke? You're in breech if consumer rights here. Please resolve this. Clearly your app has problems.
2 ★Once you find the game and you start watching, you will be ok. But the application is way below Bein sports standards. As if it was developed by few inhouse developers with very poor user experience and UI
1 ★1.8 score and they not even ashamed! Worse App and Subscription ever! charge money and stops you from watching channels.. No customer care at all, no phone number to contact, they also removed whatsapp automatic customer service which was useless anyways...charged me twice in a month and no email response....joke, took my money...I dont understand how is possible that such a thing can happen. How BEIN can associate with this
1 ★App completely inaccessible during important matches. I have been trying to log in for the last hour on the app and their website but it keeps loading endlessly. Very disappointing.
2 ★This app can be great it's better than Netflix cause it has the football addition, but it needs some tuning as there are many issues with the app; 1. The dashboard is not the best it's a little confusing to find what's live now, for instance. 2. There is no option to control video quality, sometimes I use cellular data and it would definitely help to have a more economic option. 3. It keeps showing that I've reached the maximum number of devices while it says 3/5 on the account. Thanks.
1 ★the management of application its very bad , for example sometime its asking to suscribe when already suscribe ... then with one email its can suscribe for 2 or times in one month for no reason ... and there is no support to discuss with ... the only good things its the movies or the sports live game its working but management its really very bad for me as user ......
1 ★Horrible viewing experience for Bein Sports. Very unresponsive customer support. The app lags. The streaming cuts. Zero efforts for improvement since last year and almost non existant support. They are relying on being almost the only option. Limited subscription options. Cant stream more than one match even though I should be able to watch from 5 device and 2 simultaneous ones.
1 ★Very bad and unintuitive UI. Very hard to find any content. Can be massively improved by revamping the live TV section to become a grid showing all channels, including the sports channels, in a TV guide format. Will be much easier to find live content and catch up content. Must do better, especially since it's the legal distributor of BEIN content.
3 ★Good app, but there are network issues where there is some video lagging and buffering eventhough my internet's speed is fast, and it misses a bunch of features in the playback screen where you should add more options, such as the most important feature that is helpful for the user is a "Quality" option, the ability to configure the resolution manually.
1 ★Idk why it's not allowed to see sports channels!! Only if there's a live event but now i couldn't play any sport channel like before!! What if i want to watch the studio before the beginning of a match!! What happened to you guys!! And btw nobody answered my emails or even social media messages!!! That's not acceptable at all
