How to install GoCar APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download GoCar APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.GoCarDev-v1.0.92-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

1 ★If you were to look up "useless" in the dictionary, you'd find GoCars logo. I have tried setting up an account in 2 countries with the same outcome. Absolutely useful, waste of time, customer service. I've tried uploading countless photos to verify my ID, no matter what I upload they will not accept it. Customer service states that a third party reviews the ID documents so they can't do anything about it. They do not care if they get you as a customer. Joke of a company.
1 ★Woeful customer service. Car wouldn't start at pickup. Number provided leads you through a library of prerecorded messages. No response from their email so far either. Mechanical issues can be excused as a rare occurrence (has to happen to someone somewhere) but they failed utterly in making it right. We were still charged for the trip.
5 ★I have been using the app since 2017, 150+ long/short trips and twice the gocargo. I have had a few problems (car doesn not open, petrol card not available) but it had always been solved by the excellent customer service team. In my area the cars are always well mantained, when finding any problem with the car I report it and it is quickly fixed. Reasonable prices, cheaper than a taxi for short trips (airport) and I like I can book less than one hour again, good offers for long weekends trips.
5 ★2023 - MAY. Positive: 1. Quick onboarding (3-6 hours) 2. Nice collection of cars. 3. Transparent pricing (Hourly price) 4. 50km you can drive without any extra charge. Negative: (suggestion) If you book 1 hour / 2 hour (or) full day - you will get free 50km only. After that, 0.50 Euro/km. (It would be great if they have option to book for 100/200km package).
1 ★Rather use YUKO 1. Booking was cancelled 5 min prior pick up. Customer service adviced vehicle was clamped & reported a few min prior. I was refunded yet no other cars within desired category were available for that day. 2. Booked >6 HRS. Tried to edit trip & the app will not allow it without reason. Tried calling customer support with absolute fail. Whilst running late they informed me that another customer was waiting for the car. I explained the above difficulties but they charged regardless.
1 ★There is a car on the map, but it is not on the spot. You can't write to the support chat to fix the problem. constant animation at the increase in the map when you enter and exit the menu. put * for cheating
1 ★Multiple bug with the GPS localisation of the car when we return it. Multiple issues of booking (which disappears or the car does not unlock). Car most of the time dirty and/or not in the best condition
5 ★I'm a Frontline Worker, I would always use public transport to travel to work. A friend recommended me the GoCar App for convenience during this pandemic time. Also I can say is, I'm really impressed in how easy it is from the moment you book to arriving to the location of the GoCar, I had no issues at all with it. I would highly recommend it.
4 ★I've been a user for 1 year and half now, at least 20 trips and more than 1000 km. I had some issues (punctured tyre during a journey, found cars not usable and had to change on the spot, made mistakes myself in using the service...) I ALWAYS got help from the hq in Dublin, very good customer assistance, even on Sunday. Very valuable service, just keep in mind that some users don't care, so it's not perfect... Not a fault of GoCar! On the whole, a good service, I'm definitely happy with it.
2 ★This would be a great service, (the van I rented was like new, very clean and all), but when I wanted to end the journey, the app kept saying "Sorry, something went wrong, try again later." I had to call the helpline. There was a very annoyed-sounding person, who ended the journey for me.
3 ★I'm a very frequent user, and when it works, the convenience is amazing. When it doesn't however, it is so frustrating. The quality of the customer service is entirely down to the agent you get. I've had great and terrible experiences. I would recommend the app, but be prepared for some issues.
1 ★App is useless. Drip feeds you important info via notifications as you go. No obvious way to open the locations in maps, so it's guesswork trying to intput the precise location. Does not tell you how to properly deposit the keys and lock up the car. Service would be better if the app didn't make it so stressful.
