Here's how a typical dermatology visit works:
1. Download the app (for free) and connect to your dermatologist. Tell us where you live (zip code), and we will recommend a doctor to you, or you can select from any doctor in your home state.
2. Take photos of your skin, hair or nail concern, and complete a medical intake comprised of a few simple questions about your primary concern, symptoms, a medical history, allergies, and anything else you'd like to tell us about your skin issue. Upload your photos and even request a video appointment if you prefer.
3. Your dermatologist will evaluate your case, diagnose your condition, and recommend a personalized treatment plan, including prescriptions if necessary. You tell us where to send the prescription, too. Your choice of pharmacy!

5 ★I have been trying for ten minutes to condense my gratitude into 500 characters. I'm a real human with no incentive to publish this review except I am just so happy with these results. My rosacea had advanced to a degree that was physically painful, but my doctor's intervention two months ago a has my skin looking the clearest it has in years. This is NOT Curology, it is contact with a real dermatologist who prescribes real medication. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. A+!
5 ★I can't believe how simple and quick the process was. Enter my info, snap a few pictures of my problem areas, give a detailed description of my problem and wait for a response. Within 2 hours I had a VERY THOROUGH AND DETAILED analysis of my specific problem and a prescription called in to my choice of pharmacy. Dr. Peppercorn was so helpful and I would definitely recommend him and Skymd. I had to use it without insurance because mine wasn't accepted but it was only $89 and was well worth it!
5 ★Honestly, I approached this app with severe hesitancy. However, the service provided by the doctor and associates was top notch. My regular dermatologist was booked out two weeks (in addition to mis diagnosing my original condition). Dr Calame and staff were able to prescribe the CORRECT medication and treat the issue I had, in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday! In addition, the doctor and staff were always prompt to answer any questions and concerns within minutes! Stop waiting. DL this.
5 ★Not rating the app so much as the service, but wow I'm so happy I used it! I was able to get a prescription I needed without even having to speak to a dermatologist in person. I would definitely recommend it for busy people who don't have time to go into a doctor's office
5 ★Super happy with my experience. Great care, advice and it was as convenient as it gets. Very happy with SkyMD App and Dr.Calame. She offered the most effective medications but offered to assist with less expensive options if needed. Offered free follow up visit as well! Definitely surpassed my expectations and then some.

His bedside manner was awesome he was professional, patient, thorough, attentive and I always felt like I was always at the center. I appreciated his probing. It let me know he wanted to get the right information so he could make an informed diagnosis. I will be back. This app and Dr. Peppercorn are highly recommended!
5 ★At times like this when its practically impossible to get an appointment with a dermatologist this app was a life saver! I had a rash for 3 months and urgent care was the only place I could go but they couldn't figure out what it was. Through this app I got diagnosed and got my medication. They even sent me to get blood tests and answered all my questions. Best part was my insurance company covered it so I got my money back. For someone suffering like me 89 bucks is nothing.

Even more impressive was how thorough she was and explained everything in a clear and precise manner. I've seen other dermatologists before and she is by far the best. The app was so easy to use . I uploaded my pics and details about my rash and within hours got a diagnosis and prescription sent to my pharmacy (walmart Bloomingdale il) The Dr in my area Antoanella Calame knew exactly what was wrong. 5 ★Excellent service! Dr. Nikki Tang was very friendly, informative, and responsive. The app itself is very easy to use, I did all of my visit over the chat and got a response in less than 24hrs and on a weekend! Would 100% reccomend and will continue to use after all this COVID crazziness.
